Frequently Asked Questions - 03807 Cleanmaxx

How do I charge the Cleanmaxx 03807 device?
Plug the female connector of the power adapter into the device's connection socket, then plug the power adapter into a wall outlet. The indicator light flashes during charging and stays on once the battery is fully charged (approx. 4-5 hours). First unplug the power adapter from the outlet, then remove the connector from the device.
What is the operating time per full charge?
A fully charged battery provides about 20 to 30 minutes of continuous use. It is recommended to turn off the device after each surface to extend battery life.
How do I clean the HEPA filter of the vacuum?
Remove the dust container, then take out the HEPA filter. Tap it or brush it with a soft brush. For deep cleaning, rinse it under cold running water (no hot water). Let it dry completely before reinstalling.
How often should the HEPA filter be replaced?
The HEPA filter should be replaced every 12 to 18 months to maintain optimal performance. More frequent replacement may be necessary if the device is used intensively.
How do I clean the UV-C lamp?
After letting the lamp cool down, remove the cover by unscrewing the two screws. Wipe the lamp with a dry dust cloth. Avoid direct contact with fingers to avoid leaving marks. Replace the cover and screw it back on.
Is the UV-C lamp dangerous?
Yes, UV-C rays are harmful to eyes and skin. The device is equipped with two safety switches that automatically turn off the lamp as soon as it is no longer in contact with a flat surface. Never block these switches.
What if the device does not turn on?
First check the battery charge. If it is empty, recharge it. Make sure the power adapter is properly connected. If the problem persists, contact customer service. Do not attempt to repair it yourself.
Why is the suction power decreasing?
Possible causes: low battery, full dust container, clogged filter, or blocked suction. Empty the container, clean the filter, and check the suction opening. If the problem persists, recharge the battery.
Can I use the vacuum on liquids?
No, the device is designed only for dry surfaces. Vacuuming liquids or wet materials would damage the device and poses a risk of electric shock. Refer to the manual for prohibited materials.
How can I contact customer service?
Customer service is provided by DS Produkte GmbH. You can contact them via the website at the address indicated in the manual, or by phone at +49 38851 314650 (German rates).
