How to turn on the LucidSound LS31 headset?

Press the power button on the earcup. The LED stays solid when the headset is connected.

How to activate microphone mute mode?

Briefly press the microphone mute button. The microphone LED turns on to indicate that the microphone is muted.

How to change the EQ mode?

Use the EQ mode selector on the headset. One beep corresponds to neutral mode, two beeps to boosted bass, three beeps to boosted treble.

Is the LS31 headset compatible with the PS4 Slim?

How to connect the headset to a PC or Mac?

Plug the USB base into the computer. Follow the detailed installation instructions on the LucidSound website (link in the manual).

How to use the headset in wired mode on a mobile?

Turn off the headset, connect the mobile cable (3.5 mm jack) to the headset and the mobile device. Volume and mute controls do not work in this mode.

What does the fast blinking of the headset LED mean?

Fast blinking indicates low battery. Recharge the headset via the USB port.

How to charge the LS31 headset?

Connect the provided USB cable to the headset’s charging port and to a USB source. The LED pulses while charging and becomes solid when the battery is full.

What cables are included in the box?

The headset comes with a USB charging cable, an optical cable, a Xbox Chat / Mobile 3.5 mm cable, an external microphone, and a microphone jack cover.

What to do if the headset does not connect to the base?

Check that the base is on (solid LED) and that the headset is on. If the base LED is blinking, it means it is not connected. Try resetting both devices by turning them off and on again.

If a defect has appeared within 90 days from the date of purchase, the product may be returned to the retailer for a replacement.
