How to connect the LS10N headset to a Nintendo Switch?

Plug the 3.5 mm jack cable of the headset into the headphone jack of the Switch. Increase the Switch volume to 100%, then use the headset volume wheel to adjust the sound.

How to enable or disable the microphone?

Press the button on the headset to mute the microphone. Press again to unmute. A built-in microphone is active by default; you can plug in the provided external microphone for better quality.

Can I use the LS10N headset on PC?

Yes, the headset connects via a standard 3.5 mm jack on most PCs, laptops, and consoles.

Is the LS10N headset wireless?

No, the LS10N is a wired headset. It connects via a 3.5 mm jack cable and does not require a battery.

How to use the external microphone?

Simply insert the external microphone into the dedicated port on the bottom of the headset. When the external microphone is plugged in, the built-in microphone is disabled.

What to do if the volume does not work?

Check that the cable is properly plugged in and that the audio source is on. Make sure the headset volume wheel is not at the minimum position. For the Switch, set the console volume to 100%.

How to clean the LS10N headset?

Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the headset. Do not use chemical or abrasive products. Avoid excessive moisture.

MICROPHONE

The LS10 includes an optional boom microphone. When this microphone is removed, an internal microphone is activated.

To connect the boom microphone, insert it into the port on the bottom of the headset.

Connect the headset to the 3.5mm output on the Switch.
2. Press the volume up button on the Switch until the volume is 100%. You can now use the volume control wheel on the headset to control the volume.
