On Xbox make sure that the Game/Chat Balance Wheel is not maxed out to either Game or Chat audio. Check console/device menu settings to ensure sound is being output to the headset. Why can’t my friends hear me? Make sure that the Boom Mic is securely attached to the headset, and that the Boom Mic LED is not on.
