How to do the first oven start-up?
Before first use, remove all accessories and packaging. Heat the empty oven to 250 °C for about one hour using top and bottom heat to eliminate new odors. Ventilate the room well.
How to activate the pyrolysis to clean the oven?
Remove all accessories and shelf guides. Press the extra bake key and select the pyrolysis symbol. Choose the cleaning intensity (2h, 2.5h or 3h) depending on soiling. Confirm and press Start/Stop. The door locks automatically. Do not open it during the cycle.
How to set the oven clock?
After powering on or a power cut, 12:00 flashes. Turn the SELECTOR knob to set the minutes, confirm, then set the hours and confirm. You can also change the clock via the general settings menu (hold extra bake key).
What to do if the oven displays an error code (ErrX or ErXX)?
Unplug the appliance from the mains for a few minutes (remove the fuse or switch off the circuit breaker), then plug it back in. If the error persists, contact an authorized after-sales service.
How to use the AquaClean program?
Place the shallow baking tray at level 1 with 0.4 L of hot water. Press extra bake, select the AquaClean symbol, then start the program (30 min). Once finished, wipe off stains with a damp cloth. The oven must be cold before starting.
How to use the temperature probe (Bakesensor)?
Insert the probe into the thickest part of the food. Plug the connector into the socket at the front of the oven cavity. Turn the SELECTOR knob to On. Choose the cooking system and oven temperature (max 230 °C), then set the desired core temperature (30-99 °C). The oven stops automatically when the core temperature is reached.
How to activate the child safety lock?
Press the light key for 5 seconds. Loc appears. To deactivate, repeat the same operation. When child safety is active, settings cannot be modified.
How to remove the oven door for cleaning?
Open the door completely. Rotate the safety hinges by 90° towards the door. Close the door to an angle of 45°, then lift it and pull it outwards. To remove the glass panels, take off the air guide, then pull the glasses by the upper edge. Reassemble in reverse order.
Which accessories are supplied with the oven?
The oven comes with a grill, a shallow baking tray, a perforated tray (for Air Bake and steam) and a temperature probe (Bakesensor). Some accessories may vary depending on the model.
How to replace the oven light bulb?
Ensure the oven is unplugged and cold. Remove the accessories. Use a flat plastic tool to remove the bulb cover. Replace the halogen bulb with a new one of type G9, 230 V, 25 W. Refit the cover.

Before you start the cleaning process, remove any residue of spilt liquid and all moving parts from the ovencavity.

During the automatic cleaning process, the oven heats up to a very hight temperature and it is very hot on the outside as well. Risk of burns! Keep children away from the oven.

  • If the child lock is activated with no timer function engaged (only clock is displayed), then the oven will not operate.
  • If the child lock is activated after a timer function has been set, then the oven will operate normally; however, it will not be possible to change the settings.
  • When the child lock is activated, cooking or baking systems (modes) or additional functions cannot be changed. The cooking/baking/roasting process can only be stopped or switched off.
