How to test the GFCI circuit breaker before use?
Plug in the unit, press the TEST button: the indicator light should turn off. Then press RESET: the indicator light turns red again. If the test fails, do not use the spa and contact support.
What is the recommended maximum water temperature?
The temperature must not exceed 40°C (104°F). For children, pregnant women, or prolonged use, a lower temperature (38°C max) is recommended.
How to set the energy-saving timer?
Press the timer button, then set the heating duration (1-999 h) and the delay before activation (0-999 h) using the +/- buttons. Confirm by pressing again or waiting 10 seconds.
What to do in case of error code E03?

For standard PVC, use the provided adhesive patch: clean, peel off the patch, press for 30 seconds. For PVC TriTech, use a PVC patch with glue (not provided): clean, cut the patch, apply glue, wait 30 seconds, then press firmly for 2 minutes.
Why does the massage system stop by itself?
The massage system has an automatic shut-off function after 30 minutes. If the air pump overheats, unplug it and wait 2 hours before using again.
What to do if water leaks at the pump/spa adapters?
Check that the O-rings are properly in place and not damaged. Replace them if necessary. Tighten the adapters by hand. If the leak persists, contact support at bestwaycorp.com.
