What to do if the appliance no longer heats water?
First check that the tank is filled with water. If the indicator light stays red, turn off the appliance, fill with cold water, then turn it on again. If the problem persists, the overheat protection has activated: use the supplied key to press the RESET button located under the tank.
How to clean the spout?
The spout is removable. Turn it slightly clockwise to remove it. Clean it with a nylon brush. For deep descaling, immerse it in hot water with descaling product for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Can I use the dispenser with beverages other than water?
No, the appliance is designed exclusively for heating drinking water. Never heat other liquids or food, as this could damage the appliance.
Does the appliance stop automatically when the cup is full?
No, the dispenser does not stop automatically. You must press the push button again to stop dispensing. Be careful to avoid overflows.

The indicator stays red even when the tank is full, what to do?
The red light indicates the preheating phase. Wait for it to turn green. If it stays red, check that the tank is properly seated and the valve is open. If necessary, turn off and on the appliance.
What water temperature to use in the tank?
The ideal water temperature in the tank is between 22 °C and 28 °C. Do not use water above 35 °C or below 15 °C to avoid temperature variations during dispensing.
