Can I use this garland outdoors?

Yes, the garland has a protection rating of IP44, which protects it against water splashes. It is therefore suitable for outdoor use, provided the power outlet is also suitable.

How does the timer work?

Set the switch to TIMER (green indicator on). The garland turns off automatically after 6 hours and turns on again 18 hours later, repeating this cycle daily.

Can I replace a defective LED?

No, the LEDs are not replaceable. If an LED is defective, the entire garland must be replaced.

What should I do if the garland does not light up?

First check that the mains adapter is properly plugged in and that the coupling nut is tightened. Make sure the switch is in the ON position. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service.

Can I use a different mains adapter?

No, use only the supplied power supply unit (model WD-IP-03001.2-T). Using a non-compliant adapter may damage the product or pose a risk.

What is the total length of the garland?

The garland measures approximately 10 meters in total, including 5 meters of power cable.

Is the garland suitable for children?

This product may be used by children aged 8 years and up, as well as by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities, or lacking experience and / or knowledge, so long as they are supervised or instructed in the safe use of the product and understand the associated risks. Do not allow children to play with the product. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be performed by children without supervision.
- Do not use the product if you notice any signs of damage.
■ Never expose the product to high temperatures as the product may otherwise be damaged.
- Avoid mechanical strain on the product!
In the event of damage, repairs or other problems with the product, please contact an electrician.

RISK OF OVERHEATING!

■ Store the product in the original packaging after use to prevent accidental damage.
This product does not contain any parts that can be serviced by the user. The bulbs cannot be replaced.
■ Never electrically connect the product with another product.

• Do not touch the plug for the garland or the garland itself with wet hands.
  The garland is splash-proof (IP44). This protection class will only be maintained, if the electrical socket used also complies with at least this protection class.
  Please remember the power supply will continue to draw a small amount of electricity even without the light being operated so long as the power supply is plugged into the socket. To switch the device off completely, unplug the power supply from the socket.
  The light bulbs are not replaceable. If a light bulb fails at the end of its life, the entire light needs to be replaced.
• Do not operate the product whilst wound. Do not kink!
• Only operate the garland with the included power supply.
  The branches consist of metal wire and scratch or discolour delicate surfaces.

☐ Insert the plug on the lead into the socket of the power supply.
☐ Tighten the union nut, turning clockwise.
☐ Plug the power supply into an easy to access socket! Select a socket where you can unplug the power supply to switch off the garland 1.
☐ Switch the garland 1 on or off using the ON/TIMER/OFF switch 3.

- Timerfunction

This product has a 6-hour timer with automatic daily recurrence.

☐ Press the switch twice to switch on the garland 1 using the ON/TIMER/OFF switch 3 (LED lights up green). After 6 hours the garland will automatically switch off and on again after 18 hours.

The warranty does not cover damages due to improper handling, failure to comply with the operating instructions, or manipulation by unauthorised persons. Most malfunctions are caused by incorrect operation. Therefore please first refer to the operating instructions if a malfunction occurs.
