How to charge the MagBoost powerbank?

Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the powerbank's USB-C port and to a wall charger (5V-3A recommended) or a computer. You can also use the Lightning port with a Lightning cable. Fast charging is indicated by a green lightning bolt on the screen.

What devices can I charge with this powerbank?

It can charge any device via USB-A or USB-C (smartphones, tablets, earphones, etc.) and devices compatible with wireless charging (iPhones, AirPods, etc.).

How to use wireless charging?

Turn on the powerbank by pressing the button. Place the back of your compatible device on the magnetic charger (circular area). The screen shows the battery level. If a green lightning bolt appears, fast charging is activated.

Why isn't my phone charging wirelessly?

Make sure your device is compatible with Qi charging and is correctly positioned on the magnetic charger. Thick or metallic cases can block charging. Remove magnetic or metal cards from the back of the phone.

What does the green lightning bolt on the screen mean?

The green lightning bolt indicates that fast charging (PD/QC) is active. This function works when only one device is connected to the powerbank.

How long does it take to fully charge the powerbank?

With an 18W (9V-2A) charger, count on about 4 to 5 hours. The first charge must be complete up to 100%.

Can I charge multiple devices at the same time?

Yes, you can use USB-A, USB-C and wireless charging simultaneously. However, power is shared and fast charging may be disabled if multiple devices are plugged in.

How to know the remaining battery level?

The LED screen displays the remaining battery percentage (0 to 100). When the powerbank is charged, all indicators light up and the screen shows 100.

The powerbank is overheating, what to do?

If the device overheats, unplug it immediately and let it cool down. Avoid charging or using it in a hot environment. If the problem persists, contact an authorized service.

How to maintain the powerbank to extend its lifespan?

Keep the powerbank charged between 25% and 50% for long-term storage. Charge it at least once a month. Clean it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid shocks and moisture.

03. HOW TO USE

1. Charging the powerbank - Connect the charging cable to the USB port of your computer or mains charger:

2. Connect the USB-C end of the charging cable to the USB-C port (fig.A-3) on the powerbank.

3. Connect the Lightning® type end of the charging cable to the Lightning® port of the powerbank (fig.A-4)
4. An active fast charging function will be signalled by the appearance of a green lightning flash on the LED display.

5. When the powerbank is fully charged, 100 will appear on the display and all the LEDs will light up.

6. Charging external devices, wired - Switch on the powerbank by pressing the button once (fig.A- 5) or connect the cable for automatic start:

7. USB-A port: Connect the charging cable to the USB-A port (fig.A-2) on the powerbank and connect to the device.

8. USB-C port: plug the charging cable into the USB-C port (fig.A-3) on the powerbank and connect to the device.
9. The powerbank will automatically start charging your device and the LED display will indicate the current battery level of the powerbank.
10. If the fast charging function is activated, a green lightning bolt symbol will appear on the LED display.
11. If the power supply or cable does not support fast charging then the display will only show the battery status of the powerbank in percentages.

3. Charging external devices, wirelessly:

• Press the button (Fig.A- 5) to switch on the device. The display (Fig.A- 1) shows the current battery level.

• Place the powerbank with the magnetic charger (fig.A-6) on the surface to be charged.

• If the fast charging function is activated, a green lightning bolt symbol will appear on the LED display.

04. INCORRECT LOADING CAN BE CAUSED BY

1. The device may not be compatible with magnetic charging technology, which may lead to charging problems.
2. The magnets may not be strong enough to maintain a stable connection, which can cause intermittent charging.
3. Other electronic devices in the vicinity can cause interference that affects charging efficiency.
4. The device may not be positioned correctly on the powerbank, leading to ineffective or no charging.
5. Thick or metal enclosures can interfere with magnetic connection and charging.
6. Using the wrong cable.
7. Failure to connect the device to a suitable power source.
8. Metal or magnetic elements attached to the back of the phone case.
9. The cable may be damaged, abraded or broken, leading to interruption of charging or complete charging failure.
10. Charging ports can be contaminated with dust, dirt or other debris, which can interfere with connection and charging efficiency.
11. The charging ports on the device may be damaged, which can lead to charging problems.
12. The powerbank can be connected to a power source that does not provide enough power to charge it effectively.
13. Charging too many devices at once can overload the powerbank, which can lead to charging problems.

05. PRECAUTIONS

1. Read the enclosed instructions before use.
2. Charge the powerbank using the USB-A output from a computer or charger, for no longer than 24 hours.
3. Do not place cards with a magnetic stripe or chip (e.g. an ID card or bank card) in the vicinity of the product, as this may damage the card.
4. Disconnect the charging cable when the device is fully charged. The display (fig.A-1) will show 100 and all LEDs will light up.
5. When using the powerbank, keep it away from heat and high voltage sources

and out of the reach of children.

1. Do not service the product yourself, this may damage the product and invalidate the warranty.
2. Keep away from damp areas.
3. When not using the powerbank for a long period of time, store it with the battery charged between 25 - 50% in a cool and dry place, this will prolong its life.
4. Do not heat the powerbank or throw it into a fire.
5. Do not use the product in areas where static electricity may occur. This may cause damage to the product, malfunction, heating, deformation, smoke emission or burning.
6. Charge the powerbank at room temperature and always under supervision. If the powerbank or power cable is damaged, do not plug it into an electrical outlet.
7. Avoid shocks and impacts.
8. The first charge should be made to full, i.e. until 100 appears on the display (fig.A- 1) and all LEDs are lit.
9. It is recommended to charge the device when the value on the display shows 10, do not discharge the powerbank to 0.
10. In the event of any personal or property damage caused by improper use, producer accepts no legal liability.
11. Avoid using electrical appliances or loads that exceed the product's output current.
12. To prolong battery life, charge the device at least once a month.
13. If you experience any worrying symptoms when using the product for the first time, such as an unpleasant smell or smoke, stop using it and contact an authorised service centre.
14. Use a dry and soft cloth, free of chemicals, soap and detergents, to clean the surface of the product.

06.COMMENTS

1. Damage caused by not following these instructions will void the warranty.
2. Due to the existence of conversion efficiency, the rated capacity is less than the battery capacity.
3. In the event of damage caused by misuse and failure to observe the safety rules, the manufacturer is not liable.
4. PD/QC mode works when one device is connected to the powerbank.
5. For safety reasons, it is prohibited to make changes or modifications to the

product.

1. Check the appliance regularly for damage. If these are found, contact an authorised service centre.
2. Do not spill liquids on the product, there is a risk of permanent damage to the equipment and there is a high risk of causing a fire.
3. The device should be out of the reach of children.
4. If you feel that the appliance is overheating, unplug it from the power supply and contact an authorised service centre.
5. Do not connect the appliance to power sources with a higher voltage than recommended by the manufacturer (especially directly to a 220/230V socket). Failure to do so may result in damage or, in extreme cases, the appliance catching fire.
6. The unit features technology to prevent overcharging, over-discharge, overheating and short circuits.
