This instruction manual contains information about the installation, operation and maintenance of the device and should be consulted as an important source of information and reference guide. Awareness of the safety instructions and instructions for use in this manual will ensure the safe and correct use of the device. 1.Safety This device is designed in accordance with the presently applicable technological standards. However, the device can pose a danger if handled improperly and inappropriately. All persons using the device must follow the recommendations and instructions in this instruction manual.

1.2 Safety instructions
The device can be used by children 8 years and up, as well as by people with disabilities and those with limited experience/ knowledge as long as they are under supervision or have been instructed on proper use of the device and its possible dangers. Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance cannot be performed by children younger than 8 years old and must be done under supervision. Children under the age of 8 years old must be kept away from the device and its power cord. Only use the device indoors. Prevent access of children to the package materials like plastic bags and foamed polystyrene elements. Suffocation hazard! The device must be operated in correct and safe technical condition only. In case of operational problems disconnect the device from the power supply (pull the plug from the socket) and contact the service company. Only a qualified technician and using original spare parts and accessories should carry out repairs and maintenance of the device. Do not attempt to repair the device yourself.- 22 -
Do not use any accessory or spare parts that have not been recommended by the manufacturer. These can be dangerous for the user or lead to damages of the device or personal injury, and further, the warranty expires. To prevent hazards and to ensure optimum efficiency, no modifications or alterations to the device that are not explicitly approved by the manufacturer may be undertaken. DANGER! Electric shock hazard! To avoid the hazard results please follow the safety instructions below. Never allow the power cable to come into contact with heat sources or sharp edges. The power cable should not hang over the side of the working surface. Ensure that no one can step on or trip over the cable. The power cable must not be folded, bent or tangled, and must always remain fully unrolled. Never place the device or other objects on the power cable. Do not cover the cable. Keep away the cable from operating range and do not immerse it into water. Check the power cord regularly for damage. Do not use the appliance if the power cord is damaged. If this cable is damaged, it must be replaced by customer service or a qualified electrician in order to avoid dangers. The supply cable must be disconnected from the socket only by pulling the plug. Never carry or lift the device by the supply cable.- 23 -
In any case do not open the device housing. In case of electrical or mechanical modifications the electric shock hazard will occur. Do not use any acid agents and make sure no water ingresses the device. Never operate the device with moist hands or standing on wet floor. Remove the plug from its socket: - when the device is not used, - in case of anomalies during operation, - before cleaning. WARNING! Fire or explosion hazard! Follow the safety instructions listed in order to avoid the hazard: Do not store the flammable or explosive substances in the device, like ether, kerosene, or glues. Do not store gasoline or other flammable substances in the vicinity of the device. The vapours may cause fire or explosion. Do not store the explosive objects in the device, like cans with explosive work substances. Do not allow for the cooling circuit damages. When a fire arises unplug the power cord from the socket before you initiate appropriate measures for fire-fighting. Provide sufficient supply of fresh air. Caution: Never extinguish the fire with water when the power plug is connected to the socket. Electric shock hazard!- 24 -
CAUTION! The device has been designed and manufactured for the industrial use and should be operated only by the qualified personnel of the restaurants, canteens and similar places. The operational safety of the device is assured only in case of proper use, according to the operation manual. All technical activities like installation and maintenance must be performed by the qualified service personnel only. The cooling display is designed for cooling drinks, yoghurts, snacks like sandwiches, etc. in the self-service area. CAUTION! Any use going beyond the intended purpose and/or any different use of the device is forbidden and is not considered as conventional. Any claims against the manufacturer or his authorized representative as a consequence of experiencing damages resulting from unconventional use are impossible. The operator is liable for all damages resulting from inappropriate use.- 25 -

3. Transport, packaging and storage
Please check the delivery upon completeness and transport damage immediately after receipt. In case of visible damage do not accept or accept the delivery with reservation only. Note the extent of damage on the carrier’s bill of delivery. Trigger off the complaint. Hidden damages should be reclaimed immediately after notice, as claims for damages can only be asserted within the effective period for complaints.
Please do not throw away the covering carton of your device as it might be useful for storage purposes, when moving or, in case of damages, when the device must be sent back to a repair center. The outer and inner packing material should be removed completely from the device before installation.
If you liked to dispose the packing, consider the regulations applicable in your country. Supply re-usable packing materials to the recycling.
Please inspect the device upon completeness. In case any part is missing please contact our customer service center immediately.
Keep the package closed until installation and under consideration of the outside indicated positioning- and storage markings. Packages should be stored under consideration of the following: - do not store outdoors, - keep it dry and dust-free, - do not expose it to aggressive media, - do not expose it to direct sunlight, - avoid mechanical shocks and vibration, - in case of longer storage (> 3 months) make sure you check the state of the packaging and the parts regularly, if required refresh or renew.- 27 -

5. Installation and operation
Positioning Before the operation unpack the device and remove all package material and protective foil from the device and equipment. CAUTION! Never remove the rating plate and any warning signs from the device. Position the device in safe place of load capacity sufficient for weight of the device with full content. Never place the device on the flammable surfaces. In order to avoid the compressor damages do not tilt the device during positioning or transport by more than 45°. Do not place the device in the vicinity of open fire, electric ovens, heating furnaces, or other heat sources like direct sunlight. High temperature may damage the device surface and may impact the cooling capacity and energy consumption. When placing the device, make sure that the ambient temperature is in the range from 10 °C to 32 °C. Place the device so that there is sufficient air circulation around it. Keep a distance of at least 10 cm from the walls and other objects. Never cover or block ventilation ducts or air inlet and outlet. Do not place the device in the area with high humidity. Relative humidity at the location of the device shall not exceed 70 %. Excessive humidity may affect the cooling power of the device. Do not drill any holes and do not mount any other objects in the device or on the device. Do not place heavy objects on the device. Place the device so that the plug is easily accessible in order to quickly disconnect the device from the power source if necessary.- 30 -
Connection DANGER! Electric shock hazard! The device can cause injuries due to improper installation! Before installation and connecting the local power grid specification should be compared with that of the device (see rating plate). Connect the device only in case of compliance! Connect the device only to properly installed single socket with protective terminal. Before the first use, the cooling display should be installed and left standing for at least 2 hours before it is connected to the power supply. After a power failure or removal of the plug, do not reconnect the device to the power supply for at least 5 minutes. The electrical circuit in the socket must be secured to at least 16A. Only connect the device directly to the wall socket; do not use any extension cords or power strips.
Preparation Before the first start-up of the device use this manual to become familiarized with the device and its equipment. Before the device operation clean the device and its equipment according to the instructions in section 6 “Cleaning”. Connect the device to the single grounded socket.Turn the device on with use of switch located on the operation side. The indicator integrated with the switch will come on. The digital display will show the preset temperature value and the LED cooling indicator will come on. The cooling display may be filled with food products only when it reaches the sufficient cooling power. Follow the instructions in section “Cooling of food products“.- 32 -
Setting the desired temperature (desired value) The optimum temperature has been set at the factory and corresponds to the working temperature between 0 °C to 12 °C inside the refrigerated display (depending on the external temperature). To set or change the desired value: briefly press the button , the value on the digital display will start flashing; increase or reduce the temperature value as needed using the buttons or ; confirm the value entered by pressing the button . NOTE! If no button is pressed in the next 10 seconds, the digital display will show the temperature inside the refrigerated display. The display shows the value of temperature which is measured near the temperature sensor and is used for controlling the compressor.
Automatic defrost The device’s automatic defrost cycle runs 3 times every 24 hours. Manual defrost When the cooling capacity decreases, it is necessary to perform the manual defrosting. To start the defrosting, press the manual defrost button and hold it pressed for 6 seconds. The LCD defrost indicator „ “ will come on. The next defrost cycle will start in 8 hours.- 33 -
Cooling of food products Prepare proper food products to be cooled in the cooling display. Only packed salads, snacks, yoghurts, etc. should be stored in the cooling display. When the preset temperature is reached inside the device, the LCD cooling indicator goes off and the device is ready for placing the proper food products in it. The cooling display must be filled through the lifting front door or the back sliding doors. NOTE! Do not place any warm food products in the cooling display, first cool the down to the room temperature. Do not overfill the device, pay attention to sufficient spaces between the stored food products in order to assure the air circulation through the holes in the back wall. Remove the food products as required. After use disconnect the device from the power supply (pull the plug!).
WARNING! Before cleaning, switch the device off via ON/OFF switch and disconnect it from the power supply (pull the plug out the socket!). Never clean the device with use of water jet! Be careful and do not let the water into the device.- 34 -
o Clean the cooling display periodically. o Remove the food products from the cooling display and store them in the meantime in the refrigerator to avoid their spoilage. o Never use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents, e.g. scouring powder, alcohol-based cleaning agents, solvents, which may damage the device surface. o Clean them with use of warm water and the gentle washing agent. Finally dry all cleaned surfaces.
o For cleaning remove the back sliding doors by lifting them and pulling out.
o The cooling display should be periodically cleaned inside with use of warm water and food grade disinfectant. Use soft cloth only. Rinse with clean water to remove the washing agent residuals. o The housing and side glass panes should be wiped with moistened cloth and gentle cleaning agent. o Finally dry all cleaned surfaces. o Replace the glass doors in the guides on the back wall of the device.
If the device is to remain unused for a longer period of time: o switch the device off via ON/OFF switch and disconnect it from the power supply (pull the plug out the socket); o remove all food products and beverages from the cooling display; o clean the interior and exterior of the cooling display. Remove water and mould; o leave the door open, to allow the cooling display to dry thoroughly.- 35 -
In case of malfunction, disconnect the device from its power source. Before contacting the service or sales agent, verify - based on the table below - whether it is possible to eliminate disruption in operation. The following conditions are not signs of malfunction:
1. The sound of flowing water is heard during the normal operation. It is the
refrigerant flowing in the system.
2. It is normal that steam accumulates on the external glass elements during high
air humidity. Wipe steam with soft, dry cloth.
Discarding old devices At the end of its service life the discarded device has to be disposed in accordance with the national regulations. It is advisable to contact a company which is specialized in waste disposal, or just contact the local disposal service in your community. WARNING! To exclude any abuse and the dangers involved make the waste device unfit for use before disposal. For that purpose disconnect device from mains supply and remove mains connection cable from the device. CAUTION!
For the disposal of the device please consider and act according to the national and local rules and regulations.
