- Ensure that you only connect the appliance to sockets with the appropriate voltage.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended in the presence of children and keep the appliance out of their reach.
- The appliance is intended for use in the home and similar environments only. It is not intended for commercial use.
- Certain parts of the unit become very hot during operation. So that you do not burn yourself, do not touch the appliance during operation.
- Make sure that the power cord does not touch any hot surfaces during operation.
- Do not let the cable hang over the edge of the table or work surface.
- Do not handle the appliance, power cord or plug with wet hands.
- Do not immerse the device base in water or other liquids.
- Leave enough space around the unit so that the air can circulate and the unit does not overheat. Do not place the appliance directly next to ammable objects, such as curtains. Do not cover the device during operation.
- Do not use the appliance near explosive or highly ammable materials.
- Do not clean the appliance with a metal sponge. Metal parts could come loose and cause a short circuit.
- Always switch off the appliance rst before cleaning it, removing or inserting parts when they are nished or when it is not working properly.
- Only use extension cords that are in good condition.
- Do not switch off the unit by pulling the plug.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, an authorised specialist company or a similarly quali ed person.
- Do not try to repair the device yourself.

- When you are no longer using the device, pull the plug out of the socket.
- Children over 8 years as well as mentally, sensory and physically impaired persons may only use the device if they have been informed in detail about the functions and safety precautions by a supervisor responsible for them beforehand and understand the associated risks. - Make sure that there is enough space all around.
- The raclette grill must not be placed on an untreated wooden surface. Place the unit on a level and heat-resistant surface. Grilling
1. Place the raclette grill in the middle of the table.
2. Cut the meat into small pieces. This will reduce the cooking time. Chop up the
raw meat and serve on a tray or wooden board.
3. Brush the pans with a little cooking oil.
4. Switch the appliance on by turning the temperature controller. The operating
lamp lights up and the unit starts to heat up.
5. As soon as the unit has heated up, the operating light goes out.
6. You can toast bread in the pans, fry eggs on potatoes and do many other

CAUTION Risk of burns! Do not touch or move the grill while it is in operation or still hot. The surfaces are hot!
- Unplug the device from the socket and let it cool down completely before moving or cleaning it.
- Do not immerse the device in water.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp objects to clean the raclette grill.
- All surfaces can be cleaned with a clean damp cloth.
- All pans can be washed in water. If stains cannot be removed, use washing-up liquid. Never put the pans and the grill in the dishwasher.
- Clean the interior with a clean cloth.
