ENGLISHGENERAL SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS
- If you're preparing food for babies, elderly or sick people, always ensure all the accessories in contact with food are sterilized.
- Never touch the blades when the appliance is in use.
- Always keep anything dangly away from the appliance (ex: jewellery, loose clothes, etc.).
- Always turn off and unplug the appliance before attaching or detaching any of the accessories, after usage and before cleaning.
- Never mix hot oil or grease.
- The appliance is not suitable to be used by children neither physically or mentally disabled people. Always keep children away from the appliance, especially when it's in use.
- Should the power cable or the plug be damaged, always ensure the repairs are made by a qualified professional to avoid any danger or injury.
- Never immerge the appliance body or power cord into water or any other liquid as it may cause electrocution.
- Do not let the power cable touch a hot surface and keep it away from children.
- Do not use accessories that are not adapted to the device or recommended by the maker as they can be source or risks causing injuries or damaging the device.

Never let children use the appliance without surveillance or play with it.

This device is not intended for use by persons with reduced capacity on the physical,
mental or sensory or lack of experience and knowledge (including children), unless he has them was asked to monitor or if they have had instructions on the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the device.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced with an after-sales service to avoid any danger.
- This appliance may be used by children of at least 8 years of age, as long as they are supervised and have been given instructions about using the appliance safely and are fully aware of the dangers involved.
- Cleaning and maintenance should not be carried out by children unless they are at least 8 years of age and are supervised by an adult.
- Keep the appliance and its power cord out of reach of children under 8 years of age.
- When using electrical equipment, safety precautions must always be taken to prevent the risk of fire, electric shock and/or injury in the event of misuse.
- Make sure that the voltage rating on the typeplate corresponds to your main voltage of your installation. If this is not the case, contact the dealer and do not connect the unit
- Please keep this document at hand and give it to the future owner in case of transfer of your device
- Never leave the unit unattended while in operation.
- The device must not be used if it has been dropped, it obvious signs of damage are visible or if it has leaks.
Mincing accessories :
- Keep your hands away from the blades and any moving accessories to avoid risks of severe injuries or damaging the device.
Take off the blades before emptying the bowl. - Never take off the lid before ensuring the blades have totally stopped.
Important :
- When preparing compact mixes, do not use the appliance for longer than 50 seconds at a time. Let the appliance cool down for 4 minutes between each 50 seconds usage to avoid overheating.
- The appliance has been designed for domestic use only.
Before plugging the appliance :
- Make sure the appliance is compatible with your electric system.
Before the first use :
- Take off all the packaging, including the blades safety protections.
- Carefully clean all the appliance's accessories (please refer to the cleaning instructions to do so safely).

You can prepare baby food, milkshakes and mayonnaise.
FOR THE BEAKER
Do not fill the bowl with more than 700ml of ingredients.
MIXING IN A POT
- Always take the pot away from the heat and let the ingredients cool down slightly before you start mixing as this could get the mixer to overheat.
1- Turn and click the motor into place ①
2- Plug the appliance. To avoid splattering, place the blade into the food before turning on the device.
3- Hold the beaker firmly before selecting the speed (we recommend you to start with speed 1 to avoid splattering).
- Be careful not to get liquid into the any of the visible joints.
- Use the mixer in a stabbingbing motion to ensure the ingredients get properly mixed.
- If your mixer stops abruptly, unplug it before letting it cool down and clean it before using it again.
4- After each use, unplug, and unassemble the mixer before cleaning its accessories as instructed in this manual.
USAGE OF THE MINCER (if provided)
- You can mince meat, cheese, vegetables, herbs, bread, biscuits and nuts.
- Do not crush hard foods such as coffee grains, ice cubes or chocolate as this could damage the blades.
1- When mixing meat make sure you take off the bones and for any ingredients, cut them into 1 to 2cm wide cubes.
2- Place the blade into the mincer bowl ④
3- Add food.
4-Turn and click the mincer lid into place ③
5-Turn and click the motor into place ②
6- Hold the bowl firmly, turn on the mincer and select speed 2.
7- After usage, unplug the device before unassembling it.

WHISK USAGE (if provided)
- You can whisk light ingredients such as egg whites, cream, eggs and sugar.
- Do not whisk hard ingredients such as butter and sugar (butter cream) as it could damage the whisk
1- Attach the whisk onto its support ⑤
2-Turn and click the assembled whisk into the motor 6
3- Place the ingredients into bowl.
4-Turn on the device and, to avoid splattering, start with speed 1. - Turn the whisk clockwise.
5- After usage, unplug the device before dismantling it.
STORAGE
1- Click the accessories storage system onto the mincer lid 8
2-Turn and click the motor on top of the storage system. You can then place the other accessories on the sides as show on the picture above ⑨
CLEANING
- Always unplug the device before cleaning it.
- Avoid touching sharp blades.
- Be extremely careful when preparing food for babies, elderly or sick people, always ensure all the accessories in contact with food are sterilized.
- Some ingredients, such as carrots or beetroot, can stain the bowl: to avoid that, use a clean cloth with a bit of oil to clean the bowl.
