SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Do not place under the direct sunlight or the high temperature environment for a long period of time.
• Avoid exposure to rain, water or heavy humidity.
• When cleaning the megaphone body only use a neutral detergent. Never use thinner or benzene.
• Amplified sound or howling may cause damage to person's ears. Don't use the megaphone close to people's ears.
• If not in use for a long period of time, remove the batteries and store them separately to prevent leaking batteries and damaging the circuits inside the megaphone.
• Do not leave packaging materials in reach of children. Plastic bags may become a dangerous toy for children.
• Do not modify the device.
• Do not disassemble the unit or attempt to repair it yourself. The device does not contain parts serviceable by you.
• If you have any questions or problems regarding the device, please feel free to contact our customer service for advice.
• Repairing the unit should only be made by a technician or an authorized service center.
• Do not open the device under any circumstances.
• Incorrect installation and/or connection may lead to malfunction or complete damage.

INSERT THE BATTERIES

Open the top cover. Put 8 batteries type C (LR14) into the cabinet according to correct polarity.

Replace the batteries at regular intervals when drained battery does not give sufficient power.

Turn off the power after use and

take the batteries out when the

megaphone is not in use for a long period of time.

OPERATION

Megaphone for handheld or shoulder-slung use(strapsupplied). Detachable anti-howl microphone on coiled lead with on-off switch and volume control. Metal and ABS construction.

1. When carrying the microphone the should, press to talk power on-off switch, on the left side of the microphone.
2. When holding the megaphone at the grip, fix the microphone hanger inlet in the microphone fixing hanger, then press to talk power on-off switch back with your index ginger.
3. Position the speaker opening mouth towards the object, and speak through the microphone mouthpiece. Bring the microphone. mouthpiece close to your lips and speak normally.
4. Tum the sound volume control.on the right hand side of the microphone and adjust the sound level to optimum without causing howling. 5. Insert USB/SD MMC card in the Mp3 player. Then it can work.
5. The Mp3 player have three buttons. vol-/pre: short press is pre song

Vol-/Pre

• Press is previous track
• Long press is vol.
• Play/pause: this button can play/pause the music

Vol+/ Next

• Short press is next song
• Long press is vol+

To record and playback voice

1. Press once the "record" button until record indicator light turns on.
2. Speak through the mic. (maximum voice recording capacity is 10 seconds only).
3. When finish recording, press once the "record" button again to stop recording.
4. Press once the "play" button to hear or playback recorded voice. The device will keep on repeating the voice recording.
5. Press once the "play" button to stop playback.

Using external power source

1. Avoid using while an engine is activated, which may shorten life of apparatus.
2. Make sure to get the power source from the car of 12V(-) earth.
3. Car battery operation is impossible for a car of 24V DC or (+) earth version.
4. A car cigarette socket is with cigarette ash, etc., which often causes contact failures.
5. Insertion of plug into the external power input terminal lets the external power have dominance over the battery for operation.

To replace batteries

1. Loosen the locking screw of the battery compartment cover on the back of the body. The battery compartment cover comes off.
2. Insert 8*type C(UM-2) batteries in the battery case observing correct polarity.
3. Insert the battery case with batteries into the battery compartment of the megaphone observing correct polarity.

Notes

• Make sure the batteries are inserted correctly, observing correct
  polarity.
• Remove the batteries when the megaphone is not in use for a long period of time.
• Drained batteries do not give sufficient sound volume. Replace the batteries at regular intervals.
