How to use the different settings?

Turn the control knob to the desired position: Off, Vibration/Bubble (vibration and bubble massage), Heat/Infrared (heating and infrared) or Heat/Infrared/Vibration/Bubble (all combined). Do not exceed 10 consecutive minutes for settings 1 and 3.

Can I use foaming bath additives?

No, do not use foaming bath additives. Use only the provided container for solid additives such as rose petals or ginger slices.

How to clean the device?

Unplug the device and let it cool down. Clean the exterior surfaces with a soft damp cloth, then dry. Removable parts can be washed with water and mild detergent. Never immerse the device in water.

Are there any medical contraindications?

Do not use the device if you are pregnant, suffer from thrombosis, open wounds, varicose veins, swollen or inflamed feet, or skin irritations. Consult your doctor if in doubt.

Does the device heat the water?

Yes, the device can heat or keep water warm, but does not boil water. The Heat/Infrared setting activates heating.

Can children use this device?

Yes, children from 8 years can use it under supervision. Children aged 3 to 8 can only turn it on/off in normal position. Children under 3 should not access it without supervision.

What to do in case of malfunction?

Do not attempt to repair yourself. Contact your dealer or Suntec customer service via www.suntec-wellness.de.

How to drain the water after use?

Turn off the device and unplug it. Empty the water by tilting the basin, avoiding water running onto the control knob.

What is the warranty period?

The warranty is 24 months from the date of purchase, subject to presentation of the invoice. It covers manufacturing and material defects.

Can I use the device without water?

No, never use the device without water. Fill the basin to the minimum level indicated inside.

Safety Precautions

CAUTION!

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory and mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.

Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.

• Before connecting the appliance to the power supply, check that the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds with the voltage at your home. For safety reasons, the electrical wiring should be equipped with a 30 mA residual–current circuit breaker.
• Please do not use the appliance if you are pregnant, suffer from thrombosis, open wounds, varicose veins, swollen or inflamed feet or skin irritations. Please consult your doctor beforehand.

- If you feel pain or irritation while using the appliance, please do not continue to use it.

- Please refrain from further usage if the power cord, power plug or the appliance are damaged and contact your seller.

- The appliance may only be used in the household and for the purpose for which it was manufactured. Other applications may cause fire. The device is not suitable for commercial use. Please do not use outdoors.

- Please use the appliance only on level, stable and dry surfaces.

- Please remove the appliance from the wall socket when it is not in use, before cleaning and in case of malfunctions. Do not pull on the power cord, but on the power plug. Make sure that your hands are dry.

- Make sure that your feet are never in the water when connecting or disconnecting the power plug.

- Please do not insert any foreign objects into the appliance. This may result in electric shock, fire or damage to the equipment.

- Please do not leave the appliance unattended.

- Do not attempt to repair, disassemble or change the appliance by yourself.

- The usage of accessories not provided by SUNTEC may cause harm.

- Please do not use extension cables.

- Please do not let the cable hang over sharp edges or come into contact with hot surfaces or other heat sources.

- Never immerse the appliance, its power cord and plug in water or other liquids to prevent electric shocks.

- Never use the appliance with wet hands, in the shower, in bathtubs or near containers filled with water or other liquids.

- Please do not use the appliance while standing, use it while sitting.

- Never use the appliance without water.

- Please do not place the appliance in the bathtub or shower cabin when filling in water.

Operation

• Operating voltage: 230V\~, 50Hz, 450W
• Please remove all packaging materials first.
• Please fill the pool with water and make sure that you do not exceed or fall below the min. and max. water quantity. You will find the corresponding markings on the inside right-hand side of the pool. If you wish, you can also use warm water.

• Please connect the device to the power supply. Smoke or odour can develop during initial start-up. These are due to production-related residues and are normal. Please ensure adequate ventilation.
  • You can choose between the following settings on the control knob as you wish:

• "Off" - Turning off the appliance

• "Vibration/Bubble" – Vibration and bubbles
• "Heat/Infrared" – Water heating and infrared
• „Heat/Infrared/Vibration/Bubble“ – Water heating, infrared, vibration and bubbles

- With the help of the container for solid bath additives, you can add rose petals or ginger slices to your footbath, for example. Please do not use foaming bath additives.

- To protect the motor and thus ensure its longevity, it is recommended to use settings 1 and 3 continuously for a maximum of 10 minutes each. Please then switch off the unit or change to setting 2 to cool down the motor. After 5 minutes all settings can be used again.

- Please switch off the unit and remove the power cable from the power supply. Please empty the basin and make sure that the water does not drain off against the control knob.

Cleaning

• Always disconnect the appliance from the power outlet and let it cool before cleaning. Never immerse the appliance in water to prevent electric shocks.
• Wipe over the exterior of the appliance with a soft wet cloth and then wipe dry with a dry cloth.
• The removable parts can be cleaned with detergent and water.
• Please do not use any aggressive or chemical cleaning agents or abrasive cleaning agents, such as steel wool.

In case of complaint

• You can claim the device within 24 months from date of purchase (receipt).
- A free replacement or repair will be excluded from prior improper product handling.
- Defects in wear parts, consumables, as well as cleaning, maintenance or replacement of said parts are therefore with costs.
- If you want to make a complaint, please bring the entire device in its original packaging and with proof of purchase to your dealer. For a timely and convenient service register, visit our website www.suntec-wellness.de and learn more.
• Without a proof of purchase, generally there will be no repair or replacement.
- In the event that the complaint case is analogous to our terms of service, all defects of the device or its accessories due to material or manufacturing defects will be eliminated by repair or, at our discretion, replacing the unit.
- The damage of accessories does not automatically lead to a free exchange of the whole device. In these cases, please contact your dealer. Glass breakage, or breakage of plastic parts are always to charge.
- The dealer or repair service can perform the repair after the expiration of warranty against charge.

Note concerning protection of environment

This product must not be disposed of via normal household waste after its service life, but must be taken to a collection station for the recycling of electrical and electronic devices. The symbol on the product, the operating instructions or the packaging indicates such disposal procedures. The materials are recyclable in accordance with their respective symbols. By means of re-use, material recycling or any other form of recycling old appliances you are making an important contribution to the protection of our environment.

Please ask your local council where your nearest disposal station is located.
