Use the product only as described and only for the given areas of application. Store these instructions for use carefully. When passing the product on to third parties, please also hand over all accompanying documents.

Intended use

This product is a paddling pool designed for dogs and is intended exclusively for outdoor use.

The product is for private use only.

Warning! The product is not a toy.

Safety information

Important: Read these instructions carefully and keep them for future reference!

Supervise your dog while playing in the paddling pool. Do not leave your dog alone with this product.
- Use the product for its intended purpose only.
- Do not overload the product.

• On very hot days, only allow your dog to enter the paddling pool once the water has been heated by the sun. Your dog may otherwise experience a cold shock on jumping into the paddling pool.
• Check with a vet prior to using this product if your dog is sick or has an open wound.
• Do not allow your dog to chew the product.
• Change the water as required for reasons of hygiene.
• Do not tip the article to empty the water. Open the drainage outlet instead. Only residual water should be tipped out.
• There must be no sharp or hard objects such as dog toys in the paddling pool while it is in use.
• Do not make any modifications to the product.
• Use with clean tap water only. Impure water can endanger the health of your dog.
• Setup should always be carried out by an adult.
• Do not set up the product on concrete, asphalt or other hard surfaces.
• The product should be set up on a level area of grass, that is free from stones, sticks, bumps and dips.
• The product should be a suitable safe distance of at least 2m away from buildings, stairs, fences, walls, water, overhanging branches, washing lines, electrical wires, and other obstacles.
• Check the product for damage or wear before each use. Only use the product if it is in perfect condition! Do not use the product if it is visibly damaged or you suspect it is damaged.

Danger for children

- The product is not a toy. Keep away from young children - risk of drowning.

• Never leave children unattended with the packaging materials. There is a risk of suffocation.

Setting up and filling the paddling pool

Setup should always be carried out by an adult.

1. Select a suitable area that is clean and level and has enough room to unpack and unfold the paddling pool. Spread out the product where it is to go. Make sure that it is in perfect condition.
2. Fill the product slowly and do not leave the product unattended while filling.

Emptying and folding up the product

1. Open the drainage outlet and let the water run out.

Note: Please take note of the local provisions for specific regulations on disposing of water from swimming pools.

1. Let the product dry completely before folding it up.

Repairs

WARNING!

You should never attempt to repair larger damaged areas yourself.

Minor damage can be repaired using the repair kit supplied. Empty all of the water before commencing any repair work.

1. Clean the damaged area with an alcohol-based solution. Roughen the area surrounding the tear or hole slightly using fine sandpaper.
2. Now cut a patch that is large enough to cover the damaged area plus 1.25cm around it on all sides.
3. Apply the glue to the appropriate spot on the paddling pool as well to on the patch itself. Leave the glue to dry for approx. three minutes.

4. Press the patch down with a soft object. Make sure to work on an even surface without any creases or folds. Using a rounded object, gently remove any bubbles, moving outwards from the centre.

5. Wait for at least 12 hours after the repair before refilling the paddling pool.

Storage, cleaning

Change the water in the product frequently - especially in hot weather and when it is dirty! When not in use, always store the product clean and dry at room temperature. Only fold up the product and place it in the storage pouch when it is completely dry. The drainage outlet should always be kept closed during storage. Only clean the product with water or mild soapy water - never with harsh cleaning agents. When storing for the winter, do not place any sharp objects on the product or apply talcum powder to it.

Disposal

Dispose of the article and the packaging materials in accordance with current local regulations. Packaging materials such as foil bags are not suitable to be given to children. Keep the packaging materials out of the reach of children.

Dispose of the products and the packaging in an environmentally friendly manner.

The recycling code is used to identify various materials for recycling. The code consists of the recycling symbol - which point to reflect the recycling cycle - and a - which identifies the material.

Notes on the guarantee and service handling

The product was produced with great care and under constant supervision. You receive a three-year warranty for this product from the date of purchase. Please retain your receipt.

The warranty applies only to material and workmanship and does not apply to misuse or improper handling. Your statutory rights, especially the warranty rights, are not affected by this warranty.

Any repairs under the warranty, statutory guarantees or through goodwill do not extend the warranty period. This also applies to replaced and repaired parts. Repairs after the warranty are subject to a charge.
