• Only use the device for its intended purpose.

• Keep the packaging and the product away from children.

• Check the product for damage or wear before each use. The product may only be used if in perfect condition.

• Release the dog immediately if it becomes entangled in the product.

• Please note that even smaller dogs can be quite strong. Children and older persons may not be able to control them.

• It is your responsibility to keep the dog under control at all times. GB/IE13GB/IE

• Think in advance about how your dog may react in critical situations.

• You should bring your dog to your side BEFORE a possible risk situation. Pay particular attention to other people and to your animal when on pavements or when crossing cycle paths.

• The dog should be led at heel with a strong grip on the lead and the harness if other persons or animals are close by.

• Dogs represent a hazard to wild animals, particularly during the breeding season. Each dog reacts differently. Act in a responsible manner and ensure that nobody is endangered or hindered.

• Let the lead hang loose if the dog should move backwards and try to pull itself out of the harness.

• It can be uncomfortable for the dog if the product is too tight.14 GB/IE Use Determining the correct size (figure A). The correct choice of size is important for the safe and comfortable use of the product.Determine the correct size as follows:For sizes M and L the product must sit four finger widths behind the front legs, for size S two finger widths. The size is correct if the dog can move freely with its front legs.Note: If the product is too large then there is a risk that the dog will step out of the product with its front legs.

1. Open the hook-and-loop fastening on the chest strap (1)

and guide the product over the dog’s head.

2. Close the belly strap and pull the belly strap tight by

pulling upwards on the clasp. Note: Make sure that two fingers fit between the product and the dog’s back.
