How to use the hand blender?

Attach the blending shaft to the motor unit. Immerse the shaft in the food, then press the On/Off button (speed I or II). Do not exceed 30 seconds of continuous operation. Turn off before removing the appliance from the container.

How to clean the motor unit?

Never immerse the motor unit in water. Clean it with a damp sponge and dry it with a dry cloth.

What types of food can I blend?

You can blend fruits, cooked vegetables, soups, sauces, cocktails, baby food. Cut food into pieces of about 2 cm. Do not prepare mashed potatoes.

Can I blend hot foods?

Yes, but let them cool to 80°C maximum before blending to avoid splashes and damage.

How to assemble the universal chopper?

Place the chopper bowl on a stable work surface, insert the knife, add the food, place the lid, then insert the motor unit by turning until it locks. Hold the bowl with one hand and operate the switch.

What to do if the appliance does not work?

Check that the appliance is correctly assembled and plugged in. Make sure the blades are not blocked. If the problem persists, contact the after-sales service.

How to avoid splashes?

First immerse the blending shaft in the food before pressing the button. Hold the bowl with one hand and the blender with the other.

Is the chopper bowl dishwasher safe?

Yes, the chopper bowl and knife can be washed in the dishwasher. The lid and blending shaft must be hand washed.

What to do if the blades are blocked?

Unplug the appliance immediately, then carefully remove the food blocking the blades. Do not touch the blades directly as they are very sharp.

How to store the appliance?

Clean and dry all parts. Store the motor unit with the blending shaft attached or detached, in a dry place. Wrap the cord without bending it.

• Place food in the supplied bowl or another suitable bowl.
• Hold the mixer and the bowl. To prevent food from splattering, first immerse the mixer in the food, then press the on button (2, 3).

• Insert the whisk (9) into the mixing unit and turn it clockwise until it stops. • Place ingredients in the bowl.
• Hold the appliance and the bowl, and press the on button (2). You can use the speed adjustment button (4) or the turbo button (3).

How to use

The appliance is intended for household use and is not intended for commercial use. Use it to process quantities of food that are usual for a household. Keep the instructions and attach them to the appliance in case. Before first use, wipe the mixer and attachments with a damp cloth. Assemble the appliance properly before plugging it into the wall socket. Cut large ingredients into small pieces of about 2 cm before processing. Let the ingredients cool before chopping or pouring them into the bowl (max. temperature 80°C).

Important warnings

• Insert the blade (6). • Put the food into the bowl.
• Place the attachment (5) on the universal chopper and turn it clockwise until it stops.
• Connect the appliance (1) to the attachment (5) and press it down firmly during cutting.
• Hold the appliance and the chopper, and press the on button (2, 3).

Note: If ingredients stick to the wall of the bowl, release the button to switch off the appliance and scrape them off with a spatula or add a little liquid.

• Insert the whisk (9) into the mixing unit and turn it clockwise until it stops. • Put the ingredients into the bowl.
• Hold the appliance and the bowl, and press the on button (2, 3). You can use the speed control button (4) or the turbo button (3).
• For mixing, use a glass or another suitable container.

How to use

• Cleaning and maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
• Handle carefully the sharp blades especially during removing and emptying the container and during cleaning.
• Do not touch the blades of the blender bar, especially when the appliance is plugged in. The blades are very sharp.
• If the blades get stuck, unplug the appliance before you remove the ingredients that block the blades.
• Be very careful when you handle or clean the blade unit or the combination disc. Their cutting edges are very sharp. Be especially careful when you clean them and when you empty the bowl.
• The bowl is not suitable for use in microwave ovens.

Handling the appliance

The appliance is used for mixing mayonnaise, gravy, shakes, baby food, and for chopping onions, ice, cooked fruit and vegetables.

Caution! Hand blender is not suitable for the preparation of mashed potatoes.

• Attach the blending device (4) to the appliance (1).
• Insert food into the beaker or any other suitable bowl.
• Grip both the blender and the bowl. To prevent splashing first dip the blender blade into the food and then press the ON button (2,3).
• Caution! When finished first switch the blender off and then lift it from the bowl.

Warning: Do not process more than 30 seconds without interruption. Let the appliance cool down to room temperature before you continue processing.

Universal chopper

It is used for chopping herbs, onions, fruit, vegetables, ice, hard cheese and meat.

Caution! Before chopping meat remove tendon, gristle and bone tissue. Universal chopper is not suitable for chopping coffee beans or horse radish.

• Place the chopper bowl (7) on flat, solid worktop and press the body unit (1) downwards.
• Insert the chopping blade (6).
• Put food in the chopping bowl (7).
• Place the chopping bowl unit (5) on the chopper bowl (6).
• Turn the motor unit (1) on the chopper bowl unit (5) until it locks.
• Hold the appliance and the chopper bowl and push the start button (2, 3).

Note: If the ingredients stick to the wall of the bowl, release the button to switch off the appliance and loosen the ingredients with a spatula or add some liquid.

Warning: Do not process more than 30 seconds without interruption. Let the appliance cool down to room temperature before you continue processing.

Using the beater

Before connecting the beater onto the motor unit, make sure the blender is disconnected from the electrical outlet.

• Insert the whisk (9) by grasping it into the beater body (8). Screw the beating attachment to the main unit by turning counterclockwise.
• Place the ingredients to be mixed in the bowl/beaker.
• Hold the appliance and the bowl and push the start button (2, 3). Use the speed control knob (4) to select a speed or press the turbo button (3).

Warning: Do not process more than 30 seconds without interruption. Let the appliance cool down to room temperature before you continue processing.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Caution! Do not immerse the appliance in water and do not wash it in the dishwasher.

• Wipe the appliance first with a damp and then with a dry cloth.
• Chopping bowl (7) and chopping blade (6) can be used in the dishwasher.
• Chopping body unit (5) and blending attachment (4): wipe first with a damp cloth and then with a dry cloth.

Remark: During the processing of vegetables with aggressive coloring, e.g., red cabbage, plastic parts may become discolored. This can be removed by rubbing such surfaces with a few drops of cooking oil.

Do not throw away the appliance with normal household waste at the end of its life, but hand it in at an official collection point for recycling. By doing this, you help to preserve the environment.
