Familiarise yourself with the device before you first use it. Read the following operating instructions to do this. Use the device only as described and for the specified areas of use. CAUTION!
Danger of injury due to sharp blades! Never grip the blade attachments by the blades. Be careful when handling the blade attachments in order to prevent any cut injuries.
There are sealing rings in the plastic housing for the blade attachments and in the to-go lid. These ensure that the shaker does not leak. Make sure before each use that the sealing ring is correctly inserted in the groove!
The storage lid is not suitable for the transport of liquids!
The cross-blade attachment (3) is suitable for stirring mouses and for grinding, chopping up and puréeing food such as apples, onions or herbs as well as for stirring and mixing drinks such as milkshakes.
The flat-blade attachment (8) is only suitable for grinding hard foodstuffs such as nuts or coffee beans. Avoid processing liquids with the flat-blade attachment! The items to be blended are processed and stored in the shaker. The large shaker (1) is suitable for portions up to 700ml , the small shaker (9) for portions up to 350ml . Both shakers can be used both with the cross-blade attachment and with the fl at-blade attachment.
The sprinkle lid (7), the to-go lid (6) and the storage lid (5) can be screwed onto both the small and the large shaker.
Please note that only the to-go lid is suitable for transporting liquids. Make sure before each use that the sealing ring is correctly inserted in the groove!
Intended Use
- The device is designed to be used to blend, stir, grind, purée and chop up different types of food, such as fruit, vegetables, hard cheese, nuts or herbs. Food can be stored in the shaker.
- The device is not suitable for chopping up ice cubes etc.
- The device is for personal use only and is not intended for commercial applications.
- Use the device only as described in the instructions. Any other use is deemed to be improper.
- The device is not designed to be operated with an external timer or a separate remote control system.
- The following are excluded from the warranty: all defects caused by improper handling, damage or unauthorised attempts at repair. This also applies to normal wear and tear.

Safety Instructions
- The device must always be disconnected from the mains power when it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning the device.
This device must not be used by children. Children and animals must be kept away from the device and the connecting cable.
This device may be used by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or a lack of experience and/or knowledge if they are supervised or have received instruction on how to use the device safely and have understood the dangers resulting from this.
Children must not play with the device. - CAUTION! The blades are sharp! Be careful when handling the blades in order to prevent any cuts.
If the device, the connecting cable or the plug of the device is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or customer
service department or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid any hazards.

Dangers of Injury
- Danger of suffocation! Keep the packaging material away from children and animals.
- Danger of injury due to rotating device parts! Keep clothing, jewellery, hair, hands and other body parts away from the device so that nothing can get caught in rotating device parts.
Danger of burns! Never fill the device with hot food or liquids! The contents must not be hotter than 50^
Make sure that the connected mains cable does not present a trip hazard.

Danger of Electric Shock and Fire
Use the device only in closed rooms.
Always place the device on a dry, even and firm surface.
- Maintain sufficient clearance from other sources of heat such as hotplates or stoves.
Never cover the device with cloths or similar objects. There is a danger of overheating! - Never set up the device in the vicinity of highly flammable materials (curtains, textiles, etc.).
- Do not place any highly flammable objects such as paper, cardboard or plastic in or on the device.
- Never immerse the motor unit in water or other liquids! Ensure that the motor unit, cable, or plug do not fall into water or become wet.
Should the motor unit fall into water, switch off the power supply immediately. - Never touch the motor unit, the cable or the plug with wet hands.
- Only connect the device to a socket that is properly installed and matches the technical data of the device (see the "Technical Data" chapter).
Position the cable in such a way that it does not become squashed or bent and does not come into contact with hot surfaces.
Remove the mains plug from the plug socket if a fault occurs during operation or before a thunderstorm. - When you want to remove the mains plug from the socket, always pull the plug and never the cable.
The device is not designed to be operated with an external timer or a separate remote control system.
Avoiding Damage to Material, Property and the Device

Always check the device for damage before putting it into operation. The device must not be used if the device, the connecting cable, the plug or any of the accessories show obvious signs of damage.

Do not allow the motor to run when the device is empty.
-
Use only the accessories supplied, or accessories expressly recommended by the manufacturer. Use only original spare parts from the manufacturer.
The device should only be used when it is fully assembled, undamaged, and in working order!
Make sure that the maximum fill level (marked on the shakers) is not exceeded!
Make sure that the device remains stable during operation. - Do not drop the device or allow it to be knocked violently.
- Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures, wide temperature variations, moisture or direct sunlight.
The device may not be moved or transported while it is switched on. Always pull the mains plug out of the socket and allow the motor to come to a complete standstill before you move the device. - Do not use the device for longer than 1 minute without interruption to prevent overheating. Then let the device cool down for a short while before you use it again.
The motor unit and the blade attachments are not suitable for being cleaned in the dishwasher!
For Your Health
The device may contain production residues. To avoid harmful effects to your health, clean the device and all accessories thoroughly before using them for the first time (see the "Cleaning and Storage" chapter).
Clean the device and all accessories immediately after each use to prevent germ formation. Do not allow any food residues to dry on.
Before Initial Use

CAUTION!

Beware of danger of suffocation! Keep children and animals away from the packaging material.

Unpack all parts and check the items supplied to make sure they are complete (see the "Overview" chapter); also check for transport damage. If you find any damage to the components, do not use them (!), but contact our customer service department.
- Remove any protective fi Ims and stickers that may be present from the device.
- Clean the accessories before you first use them as they may have possible production residues on them. Follow the instructions in the "Cleaning and Storage" chapter to do this.
- Familiarise yourself with the accessories. Please read the following chapter to do this.
Use

CAUTION!
Danger of injury due to sharp blades! Never grip the blade attachments by the blades. Be careful when handling the blade attachments in order to prevent any cut injuries.
Never insert the blade attachments into the motor unit without a shaker.
Danger of damage due to insufficient cooling! Never place the motor unit on a soft surface. The ventilation openings on the side and bottom of the motor unit must not be covered.
Danger of burns! Never fill the shaker with boiling-hot food or liquids! The contents must not be hotter than 50^ .

Never operate the device when it is empty.
-
Do not overfill the containers. The shakers must not be filled any higher than the MAX marking.
Always also add a little liquid to the shaker when you want to process frozen fruit or vegetables.
Before use, make sure that all parts of the device are positioned correctly.
- Do not leave the device unattended when it is in use.
Make sure that the device remains stable during operation. Always hold the motor unit firmly with one hand.
The device may not be transported while it is switched on.
The storage and sprinkle lids are not suitable for the transport of liquids!
Always switch the device off and pull the mains plug from the plug socket before you remove and / or attach a shaker.

Do not use the device for longer than 1 minute without interruption to prevent overheating. Then let the device cool down for a short while before you use it again.

Place the motor unit (4) on a dry, even and fi rm surface. Press the suction feet fi rmly onto the surface.
-
Select one of the two shakers (1, 9).
-
Pour the ingredients you want into the shaker (1, 9).
-
Select a blade attachment (3, 8) and screw it clockwise onto the shaker (1, 9) (see picture A).
NOTE: The blade attachments (3, 8) contain a sealing ring (2). This sealing ring (2) ensures that the shaker(1, 9) does not leak during processing. Make sure that the sealing ring (2) is correctly inserted in the groove!

Turn the shaker (1, 9) upside down and place the blade attachment (3, 8) into the motor unit (4). The three locking lugs on the shaker (1, 9) must be placed in the matching recesses in the motor unit (4).
-
Connect the mains plug into a properly installed plug socket that is easily accessible.
-
To switch on the device, hold the motor unit (4) securely with one hand and rotate the shaker (1, 9) as far as it will go clockwise with your other hand. NOTE: Do not use the device for longer than 1 minute without interruption to prevent overheating.
-
To switch it off, rotate the shaker (1, 9) as far as it will go anticlockwise.
- Wait until the blades have come to a complete standstill. Then pull the mains plug out of the plug socket and detach the shaker (1, 9).
- Turn over the shaker (1, 9) and unscrew the blade attachment (3, 8).
- You can serve the food you have prepared directly or select a lid as required (storage lid, to-go lid or sprinkle lid (5,6,7) ) and screw it onto the shaker (1,9) .
- Clean the accessories immediately after each use to prevent germ formation (see the "Cleaning and Storage" chapter). Do not allow any food residues to dry on.
Cleaning and Storage

CAUTION!
Danger of electric shock! Remove the mains plug from the plug socket before doing any cleaning.
Danger of electric shock! Keep the motor unit, the mains cable and the plug away from water or other liquids! Never touch them with wet hands.
The motor unit and the blade attachments are not suitable for being cleaned in the dishwasher!
Danger of injury due to sharp blades! Be extremely careful when handling the blade attachment. The blades are very sharp. Never touch the blades with bare hands. Always hold the blade attachment by the plastic housing when you remove, insert or clean it.
Surfaces could be damaged! Do not use any caustic or abrasive cleaning agents or scouring sponges to clean the device.

Shakers and lids are suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
Clean the device and accessories immediately after each use to prevent germ formation:
- Make sure that the device is disconnected from the mains power!
- Rinse the accessories which have been used (blade attachment, shaker and lid) with clear, warm water and some mild detergent. Shakers and lids can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.
- If necessary, wipe down the motor unit with a slightly damp cloth. Then dry it with a soft cloth.
- Allow all parts to dry completely before you put them back together.
- Store the device in a dry, clean place that is not accessible to children and animals.
NOTE: The plastic parts may suffer discolouration over time. However, this does not have any negative effect on either your health or the way that the device parts work.
Troubleshooting
If the device stops working properly, first check whether you are able to correct the problem yourself.

Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical device yourself!
If the device will not switch on, check the following:
Is the mains plug inserted in the plug socket correctly?
Is the plug socket defective? Try another socket.
- Has the fuse of your mains connection been activated?
- Is the blade attachment screwed on the shaker correctly?
- Is the shaker positioned in the motor unit correctly? The device can only be switched on if the shaker has been positioned and locked in place correctly in the motor unit.
Disposal

The packaging material is recyclable. Please dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner and take it to a recycling centre.

Dispose of the device in an environmentally friendly manner. It should not be disposed of in the normal domestic waste. Dispose of it at a recycling centre for used electrical and electronic devices.

You receive a 3-year warranty on this device from the date of purchase. If there are any defects with this device, you enjoy statutory rights against the vendor of the device. These statutory rights are not restricted by our warranty outlined below.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
The warranty period begins on the purchase date. Please keep the original receipt in a safe place. This documentation is required as proof of purchase. If a material or manufacturing defect occurs within three years of the date of purchase of this device, the device shall be repaired or replaced by us – at our choice – at no cost to you. This warranty is provided subject to the assumption that the defective device and the purchase receipt (till receipt) are presented within the three-year period and a brief description is provided in writing outlining what the defect is and when it occurred. If the defect is covered by our warranty, the repaired device or a new device shall be returned to you. A new warranty period shall not commence when the device is repaired or replaced.
Warranty Period & Statutory Claims for Defects
The warranty period is not extended by the guarantee. This also applies to replaced and repaired parts. Any damage and defects which may exist at the time of purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking the product. Repairs which are needed after the warranty period has expired are subject to a charge.
Scope of Warranty
The device was produced carefully in line with strict quality guidelines and scrupulously examined prior to delivery. The warranty is provided for material defects or manufacturing defects. This warranty does not extend to device parts which are subject to normal wear and tear and can therefore be regarded as expendable parts or to any damage to fragile parts, switches, batteries or those which are made of glass.
This warranty is cancelled if the device has been damaged, not used properly or not maintained properly. To ensure proper use of the device, all of the instructions which are listed in the operating instructions must be complied with precisely. Intended uses and actions which are advised against or warned against in the operating instructions must be avoided at all costs. The device is intended for personal use only and is not intended for commercial applications. The warranty shall lapse in the event of any improper and inappropriate handling, use of force and in the case of interventions which were not made by our authorised service offi ce.
