How to charge the Verve Rider headset?

Plug in the provided USB cable. The LED becomes solid red during charging and solid green when charging is complete.

How to pair the headset with a Bluetooth device?

Turn on Bluetooth on your device. Power on the headset (the LED flashes blue). In the device's Bluetooth menu, select 'Verve Rider' and confirm. Enter code 0000 if needed.

What to do if the headset does not connect?

Reset the headset: disable Bluetooth on all connected devices, turn on the headset, then long press the ▶|| button and both volume buttons simultaneously until the LED flashes red and blue. Then re-pair.

How to use multipoint to connect two devices?

1. Pair the first device. 2. Disable Bluetooth on that first device. 3. Turn off and on the headset. 4. Pair the second device. 5. Re-enable Bluetooth on the first device. You will hear a beep when both are connected.

How to control music?

Press the ▶|| button for play/pause. Press and hold ◀─ or +▶▶ to adjust volume. Long press these same buttons to go to the next or previous track.

How to answer or reject a call?

To answer or hang up, press the ▶|| button. To reject a call, press and hold ◀─ or +▶▶.

What do the LED indicators mean?

Flashing blue: pairing mode. Solid blue: connected. Flashing red: low battery. Solid red: charging. Solid green: fully charged.

How to check the battery level?

Briefly press the Power button. The LED becomes solid green for 2 seconds to indicate the charge level.

How to use voice commands?

Press and hold the ▶|| button until you hear a prompt, then speak clearly. Voice commands depend on your device and language.

Where to download the Hubble Connect app?

The Hubble Connect for VerveLife app is available for free on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). It offers features like battery gauge and headset locator.

Turn on Bluetooth on your device.

On your device, go to the Bluetooth menu to pair & connect. Enter 0000 if prompted.

When the device and earbuds connect, you'll hear a tone. Light is solid blue.

from The App Store ^® or Google Play ^™ to enjoy some extra functionality such as

Battery Meter and last known location of your headset.

Calls, Voice & Music Control

The buttons at the ends of your earbuds perform the same functions. Press either button to control calls, voice commands, and music.

Note: Voice control may not work on some devices or in all languages.

Reset

Turn off Bluetooth for all connected devices. Turn on the wireless earbuds, then press and hold ▶|| and both volume buttons until the status light shows alternating red and blue. You’ll hear a tone.

Note: This product contains exposed magnets and may damage magnetic information, such as credit card strips and ID cards.

Second device

Do you use a phone and a tablet? Or two phones? Connect with both of them at the same time.

1 Pair with your first device using the steps in “Pair with Bluetooth™” on page 3.
2 Turn off Bluetooth on your first device (your phone, tablet, or computer).
3 Turn off the wireless earbuds. Then turn them back on
4 Pair with your second device using the steps in “Pair with Bluetooth™” on page 3.
5 On your first device, turn Bluetooth back on to connect to it simultaneously. You'll hear a tone when the first device connects.

Tip: To switch and play audio from the second connected device, pause the current music device, then press play on the second device.
