How to assemble the WorkWise WWSS1327CP work station?

Follow the numbered steps in the manual: first mount the gas spring arm on the desk (thickness 20-80 mm), then attach the support mast and bearings to the work surface, mount the assembly on the arm, add the upright and keyboard shelf, finally install the VESA bracket and monitor. Use the provided hex keys to tighten the screws.

How to adjust the height of the station?

Push the lever located under the work surface to unlock the gas spring arm. Lift or lower the assembly to the desired height, then release the lever to lock. Ensure the monitor weight is suitable for the tension setting.

How to attach a monitor to the VESA bracket?

Use the provided screws (M4 x 12) to screw the mounting bracket to the back of the monitor according to VESA standards. Then attach the bracket to the central upright using M6 screws and washers. Adjust the vertical position of the bracket on the upright if necessary.

How to adjust the tension of the gas spring arm?

Use the large hex key provided to turn the adjustment screw on the arm. Increase tension (turn clockwise) for a heavier monitor, reduce tension (counterclockwise) for a lighter monitor. Test the movement after each adjustment.

How to install the keyboard tray?

Attach the keyboard shelf under the work surface using the provided M6 screws. You can choose the right or left side for the mouse pad arm. The wrist rest attaches to the opposite side of the shelf. If you do not use the wrist rest, insert the caps to fill the holes.

How to manage cables?

Remove the cable management cover on the upright. Route the monitor and keyboard cables inside the upright, then close the cover. Use the provided cable clamp to secure cables along the arm if necessary.

Attach the Support Mast and Support Brackets to the Work Surface.

Attach the Support Mast/Work Surface assembly to the Pneumatic Arm.

5 Attach the Keyboard Shelf.

The paddle can be attached to the right or left side.

The keyboard Wrist Rest attaches to the left or right side of the Keyboard Shelf to allow for a mouse. If the Wrist Rest is not needed, insert the Plugs to fill the holes.

Use the large hex key to adjust the tension (add more tension for heavier items and less tension for lighter items).

Attach the display to the VESA Mount Bracket.

Remove cover for cable management.
