Slide the On/Off switch to the On position. The green indicator lights up to indicate that active noise cancellation is activated. Make sure the batteries are in good condition.

How to answer a call with the headphones?

When you receive a call, the music stops and a ringtone sounds. Press the center button on the remote to answer, then press again to hang up.

What type of batteries does the headset use and how long do they last?

The headset uses 2 AAA alkaline batteries. With active noise cancellation activated, battery life can reach up to 30 hours depending on use.

What to do if the headset emits no sound or the sound is low?

Check the cable connection: the right connector must be firmly inserted into the headset and the left connector into your device. Increase the volume on the headset and on your audio source. If the indicator is red, replace the batteries.

Can I use the headset without batteries?

Yes, the headset works in passive mode (without active noise cancellation) even if the batteries are dead. To do this, set the switch to Off. Sound quality will be normal but without noise reduction.

How to share music with another headset?

Remove the cap from the headphone jack, plug in the supplied splitter, then connect a second headset. Music will be shared simultaneously.

1. Remove the cap.

• No light: headphone off
• Green: Power on; batteries good
• Red: Low power; change the batteries

If the power runs out, Active Noise Cancellation ends and music stops. Move the slider to the "Off" position to keep listening to music (without Active Noise Cancelling and equalization). Replace batteries for optimal performance.

Troubleshooting

No sound or faint sound

• Check the cable connection. Make sure the straight connector is connected to the headphone and the angled connector is connected to your device.
  Try increasing the volume for the headphone and your media application.
• Restart your media application.
  If the Battery LED is red, replace the 2 AAA alkaline batteries.

Headphones not working with a computer
