- When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all Instrucons.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electric shock do not immerse cord, plugs in water or others.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before pung on or taking o parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or aer the appliance malfuncons. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examinaon, repair or adjustment.
- The use of accessory aachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
- Do not use outdoors
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Extreme caunon must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- Always each plug to appliance rst, then plug cord in the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "o", then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- A popper that is plugged into an outlet should not be le unaended.
- Extreme caunon must be used when unloading popcorn. Always turn the unit over a counter-top so that residual hot oil or water running out will not cause burns.
- A short power-supply cord is to be provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
- If a long detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used:
1) The marked electrical rang of the cord or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rang of the appliance;
2) If the appliance is of the grounded type, the extension cord should be a grounding 3-wire cord.
- All requested breaks must be followed.
- Please refer to the rang label for the maximum connuous usage time (KB 5 min is the maximum usage me).
- The breaks should last at least 10 minutes.
- This appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external mer or separate remote-control system.
- For safety reasons a damaged or defective supply cord should only be replaced by service center.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons(including children)with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instrucon concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

USING THE POPCORN MAKER
- Place the Popcorn Maker on a level surface.
- Before first use, it is recommended to wipe the Popcorn Maker and accessories with a damp cloth.
- Preheang of the appliance is not necessary.
- Take o the measuring cap from the top cover and fill the popcorn chamber with corn kernels. Use the measuring cap to hold the corn kernels. Never let the corn kernels exceed the scale line inside the cap. The maximum amount of corn kernels processed one me is 60g and then place the measuring cap back to the top of the appliance. Replace the measuring cap into posion inside the top cover aer every use.
- Do not add any other ingredients during popping such as: oil, shortening, buer, margarine, salt or sugar, as damage will occur.
- Place a large bowl under the popcorn chute so that the edge of the bowl is touching the body of the Popcorn Maker. It is important that the Popcorn ejects down the chute into the bowl and not re-directed, blocked or otherwise interfered with, since the Popcorn is hot and premature contact may cause minor discomfort.
- Switch On the Popcorn Maker. Aer 2-4 minutes, the popcorn starts popping out through the popcorn chute. When the popping is nished, turn o the appliance and p the Popcorn Maker forward to release any remaining popcorn in the popcorn chamber.
- Turn o the Popcorn Maker and remove the mains plug from the mains supply when popping has stopped.
- If more Popcorn is required, remove the Popcorn remaining in the Aluminum Heat Chamber. Pay aenon not to get burnt when handling the Top Cover as this part as well
as the Measuring Cup is very hot when the Popcorn Maker has been functioning.
NOTE : Wait for approx. 10 to 12 minutes before using the Popcorn Maker again.
WARNING:
- Do not add oil. Please use dry corns for popping.
- Place the Measuring Cup on top of the Top Cover.
- Never put the butter into the Aluminum Heat Chamber.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Before cleaning, remove the mains plug from the mains supply.
- Make sure the Popcorn Maker has cooled down completely before cleaning.
- Clean the plasc parts of the Popcorn maker with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products as they could damage the Popcorn maker.
- The Top Cover and the Measuring Cup can be cleaned in warm soapy water.
- Never immerse the Popcorn Maker's body, cord set or plug in water or any other liquid. Do not place any part of the appliance in a dishwasher.
DISPOSAL OF THE OLD DEVICE

Old electric and electronic devices frequently sll contain valuable materials. However, they also contain damaging substances, which were necessary for their functionality and safety. If these were put in the non-recyclable waste or were handled incorrectly,
they could be detrimental to human health and the environment. Therefore, do not put your old device into the non-recyclable waste under any circumstances.

- Ulize the collecon point, established in your town, to return and recycle old electric and electronic devices. If necessary, contact your town hall, local refuse collecon service or your dealer for informaon.
- Ensure that your old device is stored safely away from children unll it is taken away.

We provide a 24 month guarantee for this product, commencing from the date of sale, for faults
which are ariable to producon or material faults.
- Your legal guarantee entlements in accordance with § 439 ff. BGB-E remain unacted by this.
- The guarantee does not include damages, which were incurred as a result of improper handling or use, as well as malfuncons which only have a minor eect on the funcon or the value of the device. Consumables, transit damages, inasmuch as we are not responsible for these, as well as damages, which were incurred as a result of any repairs that were not performed by us, are also excluded from the guarantee entlements.
- This device is designed for use in domesc situacons and has the appropriate performance levels.
- Any use in commercial situacons is only covered under the guarantee to the extent that it would be comparable with the stresses of being used in a domesc situacon. It is not intended for any additional, commercial use.
- In the event of jused complaints, we will repair the faulty device at our discretion or replace it with a trouble-free device.
Any pending faults must be reported within 14 days of delivery. All further claims are excluded. To enforce a guarantee claim, please contact us prior to returning the device (always provide us with proof of purchase).
