prescribed use

CAUTION
The heating pad is only intended for heating the human body.
4 operation
4.1 Safety

CAUTION
- The heating pad has been provided with a SAFETY SYSTEM. This sensor technology prevents overheating of the heating pad on the entire surface through automatic deactivation in case of breakdowns. When the SAFETY SYSTEM has switched off the heating pad, the temperature levels in an activated condition are no longer lighted.
- Do note that for reasons of safety the heating pad can no longer be used after a breakdown and should be sent to the indicated service address.
- Never connect the faulty heating pad to a different switch of the same type. This would also ensure a final deactivation through the safety system in the switch.
4.2 Use

CAUTION
Make sure the heating pad does not fold or crumple during use.
- First connect the switch to the connection point in the heating pad by connecting the plug.
- Then insert the plug in the socket.
4.3 Switching on
Press the ON/OFF button to switch on the heating pad. The display switches on - position 1 - deactivation time 90 minutes. To set the required heating position, press the + button. To lower the required heating position, press the - button.
4.4 Setting the heating position
Position 1: minimum heating - suitable for long-term use
Positions 2-5: separately adjustable heating
Position 6: maximum heating

ATTENTION
The heating pad heats up the fastest when you first switch on a higher temperature position.

ATTENTION
The heating pad has been provided with turbo heating, which ensures quick heating within the first 10 minutes.

WARNING
If the heating pad is used for several hours, we recommend setting the lowest heating position (position 1) to prevent the user's body part to be heated from overheating and prevent possible resulting burns.
4.5 Automatic deactivation function
This heating pad has been provided with an automatic deactivation function. This means that the supply of heat is stopped approx. 30, 60 or 90 minutes after the heating pad was activated. Repeatedly press the TIMER button to set the automatic deactivation at the required time - 30, 60 or 90 minutes.
Once the set time has expired, the heating pad is switched off. The display is off.
To be able to use the heating pad again, the ON/OFF button should be pressed first in order to switch on the heating pad. Select the required heating position and deactivation time.
4.6 Switching off
Press the ON/OFF button to switch off the heating pad. The display no longer lights up.

ATTENTION
If the heating pad is not used for a number of days, you must switch it off with the ON/OFF button and remove the plug from the socket. Then disconnect the switch from the heating pad by removing the plug.

cleaning & maintenance

WARNING
Before cleaning the heating pad, always remove the plug from the socket. Otherwise you will run the risk of an electric shock. Then disconnect the switch from the heating pad by removing the plug. Otherwise the heating pad could get damaged.

CAUTION!
The switch may never come into contact with water or other liquids. It could get damaged as a result.
- Use a dry lint-free cloth for cleaning the switch. Do not use chemical cleaning agents or abrasives.
- Small stains on the heating pad can be removed with a cloth or a damp sponge and, if necessary, a little bit of gentle detergent liquid.

CAUTION!
The heating pad should not be dry cleaned, spun, dried in the machine, mangled or ironed. Otherwise the heating pad could get damaged.
- In case of a stronger level of contamination, the heating pad can be washed in the washing machine.
- Set the washing machine to a 30^ program (wool program). Out of environmental considerations, we recommend washing the heating pad at the same time as other items. Use a gentle detergent in accordance with the manufacturer's dosing instructions.

CAUTION!
Note that excessive washing will wear out the heating pad. For this reason, the heating pad should only be machine-washed a maximum of 5 times throughout its entire life.
- Immediately after washing, pull the heating pad in its original size and form while still wet, and leave it lying flat on a drying rack.

CAUTION!
- Do not use pegs or other clamps to attach the heating pad to the drying rack. Otherwise the heating pad could get damaged.
- Only connect the switch to the heating pad when the plug connection and pad are fully dry. Otherwise the heating pad could get damaged.

WARNING
Never switch on the heating pad in order to dry it in this way! You will run the risk of an electric shock.
6 storing
If you do not use the heating pad for a longer period of time, we recommend storing it in its original packaging. For this, remove the plug of the switch from the connection of the heating pad.

CAUTION!
- Please allow the heating pad to cool down first. Otherwise, the heating pad may be damaged.
- To avoid sharp folds in the heating pad, do not place objects on top of it while it is being stored.
