Tunturi Trampoline program is Efficient, Effective, Easy on the Body and Enjoyable. So that you can GET FIT and HAVE FUN.
Efficient
Tunturi Trampoline is taught entirely on a unique spring-enhanced device, this type of exercise allows the body to work harder, for a longer period of time, because the body is not absorbing the shock and stress of hard-surface workouts. This is accomplished by bringing the forces of gravity, acceleration and deceleration into vertical alignment, bouncing allows you to do less and accomplish more. In fact, just 10 minutes of bouncing on a Trampoline has the same aerobic result as over 20 minutes of jogging.
Effective
Tunturi Trampoline is effective because the workouts combine more than just cardiovascular movements, such as abdominal exercises, squats, lunges, push-ups, and dips. In fact, by following the Tunturi Trampoline workout program you:
➢ Simultaneously work all the major muscle groups
➢ Take advantage of a calorie burning, cardiovascular, strength conditioning workout
Build stamina, strength and balance
Easy on the body
The Tunturi Trampoline Program is a style of aerobics that provides a surprisingly challenging cardiovascular workout without excess stress on the heart, muscles and joints. In fact, the Tunturi Trampoline bounding surface enables you to do simple, low-impact workouts that build strength, cardiovascular capacity, and balance without jarring the body like other conventional exercises.
Enjoyable
Unlike any other workout the Tunturi Trampoline workouts are easy dance & aerobic moves which are coordinated to music. It enables you to combine a love for music and a desire to lose weight all into one.
