GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must never play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must never be carried out by children without supervision.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Keep the appliance and the cable cord out of the reach of children less than 8 years old.
- WARNING: In order to ensure your children's safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.
- If the supply cord is damaged it must be repaired by the Authorized Service Agent, in order to avoid hazards.
- Never pull on the cord when unplugging.
- Do not use the unit with a damaged cord or plug, or if it is not working properly.
- Do not handle the appliance with wet hands.
- Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
- Make sure the appliance has been unplugged before cleaning.
- This appliance must be installed following the national regulations for electrical installations.

Important instructions. Retain for future.
- If you are going to use the appliance during continuous or prolonged operation, the ignition switch must be set in position 1 (minimum heat).
- Do not fall asleep while the appliance is working.
- When you don't use the appliance, store it as follows: unplug it, wait it to cool down and fold it. Do not place objects on when the appliance is stored and folded. Store it in dry place.
- When the appliance is stored, wait to cool it down before to fold it.
- Do not fold the appliance placing objects on it during its storage.
- Check the appliance frequently for signs of wear or damage. If such signs exist or if the appliance has been improperly used or does not work, return it to the dealer before reconnecting it.
- This product is not designed for medical use in hospitals.
- Do not use if wet.
- This appliance shouldn't be used by insensitive to heat persons or other very vulnerable persons who are unable to react to overheating.

Children under three years of age should not use this appliance because of their inability to react to overheating.

The appliance should not be used by children unless the controls have been preset by a parent or guardian, or unless the child has been adequately instructed on how to use the controls safely.
- The appliance should only be used with its supplied control unit with reference MAH 1700/MAH 2000.
- Do not use the product to heat animals.
This product is an overblanket. - The pad should be used under direct supervision, especially when used by people who are disabled, insensitive to heat or sick or when used by children.
- If the device is used for a prolonged period on the highest setting, burning of the skin may result.
- Do not use the product if it is wet or in rooms with a high level of humidity, such as bathrooms etc.
- Do not fold or bend the electric cord and do not use your blanket when it is folded up, rolled up or bent on itself.
- Wear it over a garment.
- Do not cut or pierce the heating blanket. Do not make holes using pins or dull instruments. Do not disassemble it

- To operate the overblanket, connect the controller into the blanket and plug it
on the socket. The digital display will show and after 1 second it will disappear and a dot keep lighted on the display, then you can use the blanket
- Press the button "D" to switch on the blanket. When you press the button "B" you will select the desired time of working (from 1 to 9 hours) and it will flash on display five times, after that, the system will confirm your selection and the blanket will automatically switch off after the selected timing.

Press button "C" to select your desired temperature from level 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, H. If you press button "D", the blanket will work by default setting, 4 power level and 3 hours timer.

When the blanket switch off by timer, press again button D and the blanket will be able to work at power levels 1, 2, 3 and 4.
START-UP OPERATION
Note: ensure that the blanket is not pinched.
Connect the connector to the plug of the blanket. Ensure that the connection is done properly and the plug fits tightly. In order to switch the blanket on, insert the plug into the power outlet and press button D.
Use only original parts. Do not attach any other control unit to the blanket.
Attention: please, ensure that the blanket cover the objects loosely, i.e. that some air circulates between the blanket and your skin during use. Accumulation of heat must be prevented.
AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF
The blanket shuts off automatically after the selected timing. This saves energy and grants additional safety in that the blanket never in operation without supervision.
After use please, disconnect the power plug from the power out let.
CLEANING AND CARE
- Disconnect the blanket, unplug from the socket and unplug the controller from the blanket.
- The blanket may be washed by hand or in the washing machine with mild detergent at 40^ .
Important
- Do not iron the blanket.
- Please do not use any chlorine-based cleaning agents.
- Do not have the blanket dry-cleaned.
The blanket cannot be dried in a dryer. - Do not use pressure cleaners.
- Please, ensue that the controller does not come into contact with any liquids. The liquid could cause damages.
- Never use the blanket while it is wet or damp. The blanket cannot be switched on while it is drying.
- Let the blanket air-dry. Do not use laundry pins to hang it. It could damage the wires.
STORAGE AND PERIODIC INSPECTION
- Do not wrinkle the device. Fold the product carefully for storage.
- Store the device at a dry location if it is not in use.
- Let the device cool off prior to folding or rolling it.
Regularly inspect the device and power cord for possible signs of wear or damage. - Do not use chemical moth protection.
- Do not place any heavy objects on top of the device while storing it; these could damage electric wires.
- Please, return the device to your point of sale in case of any wear or malfunction.
