When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:
A. Read all instructions.
B. To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put motor base and flexible cord in water or other liquid.
C. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are closely supervised and instructed concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
D. Turn the appliance OFF, then unplug from the outlet when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts and before cleaning. To unplug, grasp the plug and pull from the outlet. Never pull from the power cord.
E. Avoid contacting moving parts.
F. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in any manner. This product has no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to examine or repair this product yourself. Please review the Warranty Policy on Page 7.
G. The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
H. Do not use outdoors.
I. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
J. Keep hands and utensils away from the cutting blade while chopping food to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the food chopper. A scraper may be used but only when the food chopper is not running.
K. Blade is sharp. Handle carefully.
L. To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blade on base without first putting bowl properly in place.
M. Be certain cover is securely locked in place before operating appliance.
N. Do not attempt to defeat the cover interlock mechanism.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- Avoid contact with moving parts. Keep hair, hands, fingers, or any other body part from encountering moving parts while the appliance is operating.
- Blade is sharp. Handle carefully.
- Keep utensils away from the Stainless-Steel Blades to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the food chopper. A scraper may be used only when the food chopper is NOT running.
- To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blade on base without first putting bowl properly in place.
- Be certain the Lid is securely locked in place before operating appliance. Do not attempt to defeat the cover interlock mechanism.
- Always assemble the product completely before plugging it into an electrical outlet.
- Always ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet and all the parts stopped before assembling, disassembling, relocating, or cleaning it.

A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. An extension cord is not recommended for use with this product, but if one must be used:

The marked electrical rating must be at least as great as that of the product.
- If the product is of a 3-prong grounding type, the extension cord must be a grounding-type 3-wire cord.
- Arrange the extension cord so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be tripped over or pulled.
WARNING: This product is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other blade) to reduce the risk of electrical shock. This is a safety feature. The plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If you are unable to insert the plug into the electrical outlet, try reversing the

IMPORTANT: Please check all packaging material carefully before discarding as there may be accessory parts contained within the packaging material.
WARNING: Do not place the motor base in the dishwasher.
- Wash lid, cup, and blades, with warm soapy water. Blades are very sharp. Handle carefully. Rinse and dry before assembling.
- Lock cup onto base by turning clockwise.
Using Your Food Processor:
WARNING: Avoid contact with moving parts.

Make sure the blade is positioned correctly on the center shaft. Handle with extra care.

Place food in the cup without overfilling the appliance. We recommend pre-chopping any large foods to process easier.
CAUTION: Do not overfill the product or operate it when empty.
- Place the lid on the work bowl and turn clockwise to lock.
- Plug your appliance into the electrical outlet. Press the LOW or HIGH pulse button to process. To turn off, release the button.
Attention: First use may cause a slight odor or small smoking upon heating, it is normal. This is a result of the heating element chemical reaction. It quickly goes away.
NOTE: As a safety feature appliance will not start, if cup and lid are not locked in position.

Remove cover and unlock the cup from the base by turning counterclockwise. Do not remove the cover until the blades have stopped turning.

Carefully remove blade and transfer your processed food to your desired bowl.

When all desired food has been processed, disconnect appliance from the electrical outlet.
WARNING: Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet when it is not in use or when it will be left unattended.
Tips:
- The cup has a capacity of 3 cups. For liquid ingredients do not exceed 3 cups. (Maximum Fill Line indicated on Cup)
- Tear bread into pieces then process to make breadcrumbs. Break crackers or cookies into pieces and process into crumbs for pie crusts.
• Vegetables can be cut into 1-inch chunks then processed for a uniform consistency
• Chop nuts and mince: parsley, basil, chives, and garlic.
• Puree cooked vegetables or fruits for baby food or as bases for soups and sauces. - Do NOT process coffee beans, baking chocolate, hard spices as this could damage the chopper.
Cleaning Your Food Processor:
WARNING: Always unplug the product and allow it to cool before cleaning or storing.
NOTICE: Your appliance has Stainless Steel Blades that should be handled with extreme care when removing, assembling, cleaning, or storing.
• Always clean your Food Processor after each use.
- The Lid, Cup, and Blade can be washed with a soft sponge under warm water and mild detergent or in dishwasher.
- Base can be cleaned with a damp cloth. NEVER IMMERSE THE MOTOR BASE IN WATER OR PLACE IN DISHWASHER.
- Do not use chemical, steel, wooden or abrasive cleaners to clean the unit to prevent the gloss loss. Store your Food Processor in a cool dry place.
CHOPPING GUIDE

| Celery and carrots | Process up to 120g carrots (or celery) to desired size (no longer than 15 seconds at a time). | Cut into 1/2-inch pieces. |
| Beef | “HIGH” process up to 120g beef ON 15 seconds OFF 1 min until desired chop is reached. | Cut Beef to smaller bite sized portion. It can chop the refrigerated beef but not the frozen one. The beef to be chopped must be less than 170g (6 OZ. per time, otherwise, continuous operation for 30 seconds may damage the motor. |
| Cookies | “HIGH” to break up (no longer than 15 seconds at a time). | Hard cookies only, 1/2 inch or smaller pieces, buttered crumbs add 1 tsp butter per cracker or every 3 cookies. |

ATTENTION:
- Hard cheese, baking chocolate are not recommended for this food chopper.
- If chopping more than 6 ounces (170 grams) food, the blade may not mince the upper layer during continuous rotation. To prevent blockage or motor damage, press “OFF/PULSE” the chopper 5 to 10 times before running it continuously on low or high for 15 seconds, and then repeat as needed until the food is minced.
- The food must be cut into small pieces according to the recipe requirements to prevent the product blade from being blocked.

THIS WARRANTY APPLIES TO PRODUCTS PURCHASED AND USED IN THE CONTINENTAL U.S. AND CANADA ONLY. This is the only express warranty for this product and is in lieu of any other warranty or condition. This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. During this period, your exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of this product, at our option; however, you are responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to us and our returning a product or component under this warranty to you. If the product or component is no longer available, we will replace with a similar one of equal or greater value. This warranty does not cover glass, filters, wear from normal use, use not in conformity with the printed directions, or damage to the product resulting from accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse.
THIS WARRANTY EXTENDS ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER PURCHASER. KEEP THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT, AS PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM.
This warranty is void if the product is used for other than single-family household use or subjected to any voltage and waveform other than what is specified on the rating label (E.G., 120V\~60Hz). We exclude all claims for special, incidental, and consequential damages caused by breach of express or implied warranty. All liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price. Every implied warranty, including any statutory warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is disclaimed except to the extent prohibited by law, in which case such warranty or condition is limited to the duration of this written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other legal rights that vary depending on where you live. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitations may not apply to you. To make a warranty claim do not return this appliance to the store.
