How to fill the pump before first use?
Unscrew the water filling screw (13), slowly pour clean water until the pump is filled, then retighten the screw. Open the pressure line to vent air, then start the device.
What is the maximum temperature of the pumped water?
The maximum admissible temperature of the pumped fluid is 35 °C.
How to adjust the tank pre-charge pressure?
Disconnect the device, open the pressure line to drain water. Remove the plastic cap, use an air pump or compressor with a pressure gauge to inflate to 1.5 bar via the air valve.
What to do if the pump does not deliver water or runs dry?
Check the water level, suction height, and tightness of lines. If the dry-run protection has triggered (red LED), quickly press the ON/OFF button (4) to reset.
How to clean the suction filter?
Unscrew the cover (16), remove the filter unit (17), disassemble the tray (18) and filter (19). Clean the tray under running water and the filter with a soft brush. Reassemble by inserting until the stop.
Can this pump be used for drinking water?
No, the device must not be used for drinking water supply or for pumping food products. It is intended for clean, non-potable water.
What to do if the pump does not start?
Check the mains voltage, power cord, socket, and circuit breaker. If the motor overheats, wait for it to cool down; if the restart protection is activated, press the ON/OFF button. Also check that the pump is not blocked.
