Frequently Asked Questions - 10029347 Klarstein

How to install the Klarstein 10029347 ceiling fan?
Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician. Attach the mounting plate to a joist capable of supporting at least 100 kg. Connect the power cables to the motor (brown L, blue N, yellow/green ground). Assemble the blades and canopy following the manual steps. Ensure the minimum height between the blades and the floor is 2.3 m and that the all-pole circuit breaker has a contact gap of at least 3 mm.
What speeds are available and how to select them?
The fan offers 3 speeds: high, medium, and low. They are controlled by pulling the dedicated pull chain: 1 pull = high speed, 2 pulls = medium, 3 pulls = low, 4 pulls = off.
How to change the fan's rotation direction?
A switch on the motor allows reversing the direction. For summer, set it to LEFT to produce a cool airflow. For winter, set it to RIGHT to circulate warm air from the ceiling downward. Wait for the blades to stop completely before changing direction.
Which bulb to use for the integrated light?
The light accepts E27 bulbs with a maximum power of 42 W. The bulb is not included with the fan. Install it in the designated socket.
What is the minimum height required for installation?
The distance between the fan blades and the floor must be at least 2.3 meters to ensure safety.
Can the fan be used outdoors or in a humid room?
No, the fan is designed only for dry indoor use. Never install it in a humid or wet room to avoid electrical hazards.
How to clean the fan?
Use a soft slightly damp cloth to clean the blades and housing. Do not use abrasive products or solvents. Ensure the appliance is disconnected from power before cleaning.
What to do if the fan does not turn?
First check that the power supply is active and the circuit breaker has not tripped. Make sure the pull chain is pulled correctly to activate the speed. If the problem persists, contact a qualified electrician as internal wiring may be the cause.
How to connect the electrical wiring?
Use a connector block to join the wires: brown (L), blue (N), and yellow/green (ground). Wiring must comply with local regulations. The fan must be properly grounded. The electrical installation must include an all-pole circuit breaker with a contact gap of at least 3 mm.
How to recycle the fan at end of life?
Do not dispose of the appliance with household waste. Take it to a collection point for electrical and electronic equipment in accordance with local regulations. This protects the environment and health.
