■ This appliance is intended for private domestic use only and is not suitable for professional catering purposes. It should not be used for commercial use.
■ The blades are very sharp! Handle the sharp blades with utmost care, especially during removing and cleaning, in order to avoid injuries.
■ Never clean the appliance with bare hands. Always use a brush.
- Do not touch any moving parts of the appliance. Do not attach or remove the parts until the appliance comes to a complete stop.

■ Always keep hair, clothing and any other utensils away from the appliance during operation in order to prevent injury and damages.
- Check if the mains voltage on the rating label corresponds to your local mains supply. The only way to disconnect the appliance from the mains is to pull out the plug.
■ Do not wrap the power cord around the appliance.
■ For additional protection, this appliance should be connected to a household faulty current protection switch with no more than 30 mA. Consult your electrician for advice.
■ Do not immerse the appliance, power cord or power plug in water or in other liquids.

■ Position the appliance in such a way that the plug is always accessible.
■ A spatula may be used to remove the food from the measuring beaker and chopping bowl. Make sure that the appliance is switched off before doing this.
■ We do not recommend operating the appliance with dry or hard foods or for ice crushing as this may conclude in dull or damaged blades.
■ Remove bones and stones from food to prevent the blades and the appliance from being damaged.

Preparation

1 Remove all packaging and sticker materials and dispose of them according to the applicable legal regulations.
2 Before using the appliance for the first time, clean parts which come into contact with food (see the "Cleaning and care" section).
3 Cut the food into small pieces before processing with the appliance.

Blending

Put the food that you would like to puree or mix in the measuring beaker F or a similar bowl.
2 Attach the blending attachment E to the motor unit C by pushing the attachment to the motor until it locks. Make sure the blending attachment is properly attached to the motor unit.
3 Insert the plug into the wall socket.
4 Immerse the blending attachment E in the measuring beaker F, that contains the ingredients to be blended.

Note

■ To prevent the ingredients from splashing, do not press the On/Off button A or turbo button B until the blending attachment has been immersed in the ingredients.
5 Press and hold down the On/Off buttonA. - The appliance starts operating.

Note

■ The processing time for about 100-400 ml of baby food or soup is 20 seconds.
6 Move the appliance slowly up and down and in circles to blend the ingredients.

Note

■ Always switch off the appliance before taking out the processed food.

7 Release the On/Off button A or turbo button B when you are finished and disconnect the power plug from the wall socket. Remove the mixture from the measuring beaker F.
8 Disassemble the blending attachment ☐ only by pushing the attachment release buttons ☐ at the sides of the appliance and pulling it off from the motor unit.

Notes

■ To prevent overheating do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 10 seconds.
■ Never switch on the appliance for longer than necessary for processing the food.
■ To prevent overflowing of the mixture do not overfill the measuring beaker F or bowl. Smaller amounts are easier to process.
■ To prevent any accidents use the beaker lid as anti-slip rubber pad by putting the beaker base on the lid.
If you would like to use the blending attachment directly in the pot, first take the pot off the stove to prevent the blending attachment from overheating.

Cleaning and care

Caution

■ Never use petrol, solvents or abrasive cleaners, metal objects or hard brushes to clean the appliance.
- Do not touch the blades with your bare hands. The blades are very sharp. Use a brush!
■ Never put the motor unit Ⓞ or power cord in water or any other liquids and never hold them under running water.

1 Turn the appliance off and disconnect it from the wall socket.
2 Let the appliance cool down completely.
3 Use a damp soft cloth to clean the motor unit c.
4 Immediately after using, clean the blending attachment E and measuring beaker F with warm, soapy water and dry them thoroughly. Never wash them in dishwasher.

Note

■ Before using or storing the appliance after cleaning, dry all parts carefully using a soft cloth.

Storage

If you do not plan to use the appliance for a long period of time, please store it carefully. Make sure the appliance is unplugged and completely dry.

Store the appliance in a cool, dry place. Make sure the appliance is kept out of the reach of children.
