The user must understand that common sense, caution and care are factors that cannot be integrated into any product. Therefore, these factors shall be ensured by the user/s using and operating this appliance. We are not liable for any damages caused during shipping, by incorrect use, voltage fluctuation or the modification or adjustment of any part of the appliance.

To protect against a risk of fire or electric shock, basic precautions shall be taken while using electrical appliances, including the following:

  1. Ensure that the voltage in your outlet matches the voltage indicated on the device label and that the outlet is properly grounded. The outlet must be installed in accordance with applicable electrical codes according to EN.
  2. Never use the oven if the door is damaged, the oven does not work properly, or the supply cord is damaged.

WARNING: It is dangerous for any person other than trained to perform any repairs or maintenance leading to removal any cover that provides protection from microwave radiation. All repairs or adjustments including cord replacements shall be performed by a professional service centre! The AV power supply must be unplugged prior to any repair. Removing the cover with the cord plugged in can result in the service technician being exposed to microwave energy or being shocked by electric current!

  1. Protect the appliance against direct contact with water and other liquids, to prevent potential electric shock. Do not immerse cord or plug in water!
  2. Do not operate the microwave oven outdoors or in a moist environment and do not touch the cord or appliance with wet hands. Risk of electric shock.
  3. Close supervision is necessary for operating the oven near children!
  4. Do not leave the microwave oven running unattended.

  8. Prevent fires inside the oven by observing the following:

a) Do not overheat the food.
b) Before placing paper or plastic bags in the oven remove paper clips from them.
c) Do not heat oil or frying fat in the oven because you cannot regulate the temperature of the oil. Do not fry food inside the oven. Hot oil can damage parts of the oven and kitchen dishes and also cause burns.
d) After use, wipe the door, the door seal and inside of the oven with a cloth soaked in a mild detergent solution and wipe dry. All stains, greases and food residue are removed this way.

WARNING: If the door or door seal is damaged, the oven should not be used until it has been repaired by a trained person. The oven should be properly cleaned and any food residue removed. Failure to keep the oven clean may result in damage to the surface, which could adversely affect the life of the appliance and result in a hazardous situation. The piled up grease may overheat and could start a fire. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents. The appliance must not be cleaned with a steam cleaner.

e) If the cooked food inside the oven starts to smoke or ignites, leave the oven door closed, turn off the oven and pull out the plug of the power supply from the outlet to prevent the spread of fire.

frankfurters or chestnuts shall be peeled or pricked before inserting them into the oven.

c) Microwave heating of beverages can cause delayed boiling, which must be taken into account when holding the container.
d) The contents of infant bottles and baby food must be stirred or shaken prior to administration and their temperature before consumption should be checked to prevent burns.

  1. Containers are very hot after being heated. Use oven mitts when removing containers from the oven. Be careful not to burn your face and hands by coming into contact with hot steam.
  2. Always lift the furthest edge of the lid or food wrap. Open popcorn bags and baking bags at a sufficient distance away from the face.
  3. Protecting the turntable against breaking:

a) Let the glass tray cool off before cleaning.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Common
The microwave oven interferes with television reception. While in operation the microwave oven may interfere with radio and television reception. It is a similar type of interference to that of small electric appliances such as mixers, vacuum cleaners and electric ventilators.
The light inside the oven dims. When using a lower power output the light inside the oven may dim.
Steam is accumulating on the door, hot air is coming out of the openings. While cooking steam may come out of the food. The majority of it will escape through the ventilation openings, but a part may accumulate in a colder area such as the door. This is a normal event.
The oven was accidentally turned on while empty. You must not turn on the oven when empty. It is very dangerous.
Problem Possible cause Solution
Can not turn on the oven.(1) The power cord is not firmly inserted into the power socket.Pull the cord out of the socket. After approximately 10 seconds reinsert the power cord into the socket.
(2) A fuse has burned out or the circuit breaker was triggered.Change the fuse or switch on the circuit breaker (repaired by a service technician from our company).
(3) Problem with the power socket.Try to connect a different electrical appliance into the socket.
The oven does not heat.(4) The door is not properly closed.Close the door properly.
The glass plate is making sounds when the oven is in operation.(5) The turning underlay or the bottom of the oven is dirty.Clean the oven according to the instructions in chapter "Cleaning".
