If you need to clean the product, first disconnect the timer from the mains completely and wipe it using a dry cloth. Never immerse the timer in water or other liquids!
Heaters and similar devices should never be left unattended during operation. The manufacturer recommends not to connect such devices to the timer.

7. Commissioning
Take the device out of the package and remove all the packaging material. Connect the timer to a properly installed socket. Allow the timer to be connected for about 12-14 hours, so that the backup battery can get charged.
Then we recommend you to clear all the current information. To do this, please press the "M-CLEAR" button using a pointed object such as a pencil or pen. The timer is now ready for use and can be configured.
8. Setting the time
To set the daylight saving time, refer to chapter "13 Daylight saving time function" in this user manual.
Proceed as follows to set the time:
- Press the "CLK" button and then hold the "SET" button for at least 5 seconds.
The day in the display starts flashing. Press the "LEFT" or "RIGHT" buttons to set these accordingly. Press the "SET" button again to confirm the entry. - Next, you need to set the "hour". Then the hour on the display starts to flash. You can select the desired hour using the "LEFT" or "RIGHT" buttons. Press the "SET" button once you have set the desired hour.
- After setting the hour, you need to configure the "minutes". You can set the desired "minutes" using the "LEFT" or "RIGHT" buttons. Once you finish the setting, press the "SET" button to confirm.
- The time is now configured successfully. The timer goes back to the "CLK" mode (time).
9. Creating the programs
Note: To ensure that the programs are executed properly, make sure that your configured timers do not overlap. Be especially careful with the "BLOCK" function. Programs with the command "OFF" are always prioritized over the command "ON". Likewise, the timer does not primarily detect the priority of the program number but only the set time. Check the operating mode of the timer if you want to enable the configured programs. The timer operating mode has to be set to "AUTO". In addition, it is important to turn off the "RANDOM" and "COUNTDOWN" functions.
Proceed as follows to create a program:
- Press the "RIGHT" button to display the program menu. In this case, it is "Program 1_ON". The first "Switch on" program can now be configured.

- Then press the "SET" button once to configure the day. The day display starts flashing. Select the desired day or days (in the block) using the "LEFT" and "RIGHT" buttons. Press the "SET" button to confirm.
- Then, you need to set the switching time. You can configure the desired hour using the "LEFT" and "RIGHT" buttons. Confirm your entry using the "SET" button. And then set the minutes using the "LEFT" and "RIGHT" buttons. Once the desired time is set, confirm it using the "SET" button.
The connected device is now switched on at the first configured switching time.
To configure a switch-off time, repeat the steps described above. Make sure to configure a "Switch off" program (e.g. 1 OFF).
To reset a timer that is already programmed, select the timer location using the "LEFT" and "RIGHT" button and the ON/OFF time and press the "MANUAL" button. The timer is then reset.
As an example, we will show you a program which switches the timer on every day at 16:10 hrs and switches it off at 21:45 hrs.

10. Operating modes
The operation modes can not be changed during program settings. Press the "MANUAL" button to switch between the four different modes.
The programs can be run in "AUTO ON" and "OFF AUTO" modes. In the "ON" or "OFF" mode, all the programs are ignored and the timer does not work.
The various operating modes are described in the following table.
| Operating mode Description / Function | |
| ON The connected device is permanently switched on. | |
| OFF The connected device is permanently switched off. | |
| AUTO ON The con racted device is switched on at the beginning. The programmed timers start from the next programmed "OFF" switching. | |
| AUTO OFF The con racted device is switched off at the beginning. The programmed timers start from the next programmed "ON" switching. |
11. Random function
Press the "RND" button to enable the random function. A symbol with the label "RND" is displayed to the right of the time.
If the random function is enabled, the timer switches the active programs on and off with a random delay between 2 and 30 minutes. This function is practically ideal to effectively deter unauthorised persons from trying to intrude since outsiders cannot determine a pattern between the off and on times. If you want to use this function, the timer has to be in "AUTO OFF" operating mode.
12. Countdown function
Press the "LEFT" button to configure the countdown function. The countdown function setting menu is shown in the display.
- Briefly press the "SET" button in the countdown menu. The hour display starts flashing. You can set the desired hour using the "LEFT" and "RIGHT" buttons. Confirm by pressing the "SET" button.
- Then the minute display starts to flash. You can select the desired minute using the "LEFT" and "RIGHT" buttons and set it. Confirm the entry by briefly pressing the "SET" button.
- The seconds display starts flashing. You can select the desired seconds using the "LEFT" and "RIGHT" buttons. Confirm this entry as well by briefly pressing the "SET" button.
Press the "CDT" button to start or stop the countdown. The maximum countdown time is 23 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds.
The countdown function can only be used in the "AUTO ON/OFF" mode. Make sure that the "Random function" is switched off during this time.
Once the countdown function is enabled, a symbol with the description "CD" appears in the timer display. Press the "MANUAL" button to cancel the countdown function while you are in the countdown function settings.
13. Daylight saving time function
To enable or disable the daylight saving time, press the "CLK" and "LEFT" buttons simultaneously. An "S" symbol then appears in the display and the time is advanced by one hour. If you want to enable winter time again, press the "CLK" and "LEFT" buttons simultaneously. The "S" symbol disappears from the display and the time is put back by an hour.
14. Priorities
Please note the following priorities when setting the timer.
- "ON" or "OFF"
- Random function
- Countdown
- Program
The timer gives the highest priority to the operating modes "ON" and "OFF". The random function is at priority level two, the countdown function at priority level three and the program function has the lowest priority. So, make sure that your desired program uses the correct operating mode.
