Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep the instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing.
General Safety Instructions
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must never play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must never be carried out by children without supervision.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Keep the appliance and the cable cord out of the reach of children less than 8 years old.
- WARNING: In order to ensure your children's safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.
- If the supply cord is damaged it must be repaired by the Authorized Service Agent to avoid a hazard.

Never pull on the cord when unplugging.

Do not use the unit with a damaged cord or plug, or if it is not working properly.
- Do not handle the appliance with wet hands.
- Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
- Make sure the appliance has been unplugged before cleaning.
- This appliance must be installed following the national regulations for electrical installations.

Special Safety Instructions
- This appliance can be used by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazard involved.
- Do not clean the motor unit under running water or wash in a dish washer. Clean with a damp cloth.
- Please handle the blade with care: it is very sharp.
- Care should be taken when using blades, when emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
- Always disconnect the power if left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
- Do not use your fingers to press the food, always use the spatula.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
• The capacity of the container is approximately 250 grams of meat.
• Special mechanism for easy blade removal.
• It can be used with pulse action.
- As the motor is very powerful, do not operate the machine for longer than 45 seconds at a time. If necessary, leave the machine for a minute before using again.
USING YOUR CHOPPER
- Place the base on a table.
- Place the ingredients to be mixed in the mixing goblet. Do not forget to pour the liquid in first. This must be done when the mixer goblet is on a table, never attached to the motor unit.
- Place the lid on. (Never put the mixing goblet on the motor unit without its lid). To fit the mixing goblet onto the chopper's motor unit, line up the marking on the front of the goblet with the marking on the top of the chopper
- Plug the appliance in.
- Press down on the lid with one hand to operate the machine.
CLEANING
To clean the product, remove the detachable parts and wash them in soapy water (excepting the motor). Leave them to dry and replace them for the next use. Do not wash metal parts in the dishwasher.
PRACTICAL HINTS
- In order to obtain smooth and finely chopped meat, distribute the meat evenly in the bowl with the spatula.
- Allow the appliance to cool down after each use.
- Do not use the chopper when the appliance is empty.

Disposal of old electrical appliances.

The European directive 2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), requires that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the normal unsorted municipal waste stream.
