Read this manual carefully before running this appliance and save it for reference in order to obtain the best results and ensure safe use.

Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep the instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing.

General

1. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or

instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must never play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must never be carried out by children without supervision.

1. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
2. Keep the appliance and the cable cord out of the reach of children less than 8 years old.

3. WARNING: In order to ensure your children's safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.

4. If the supply cord is damaged it must be repaired by the Authorized Service Agent.

5. Never pull on the cord when unplugging.
6. Do not use the unit with a damaged cord or plug, or if it is not working properly.
7. Do not handle the appliance with wet hands.
8. Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
9. Make sure the appliance has been unplugged before cleaning.

10. This appliance must be installed following the national regulations for electrical installations.

11. This appliance is for household use only.

12. In case that you need a copy of the instruction manual, you can ask for it writing an email to [e-mail].

13. WARNING: In case of misuse, there is a risk of possible injury.

14. The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and for the envisaged purpose. This appliance is not for commercial use.

15. Do not use it outdoors (except if it is designed to be used outdoors). Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges.

16. When cleaning or putting it away, switch off the appliance and always pull out the plug from the socket (pull on the plug, not the cable) if the appliance is not being used and remove the attached accessories.

17. Check the appliance and the cable for damage on a regular basis. Do not use the appliance if it is damaged.

18. Do not try to repair the appliance on your own. Always contact an authorized technician. To avoid the exposure to danger, always have a faulty cable be replaced only by the manufacturer, by our customer service or by a qualified person and with a cable of the same type.

19. Use only original spare parts.

20. Always place the appliance on a flat, stable surface.
21. Disconnect the appliance and unplug from power supply if machine is left unattended, of before changing the accessories or nearest parts that move when machine is used, assembled, disassembled or during cleaning.
22. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they

are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach

of children under 8 years.

INITIAL OPERATION

• Before using for the first time please clean the machine as described under "cleaning" below.
• Unwind the power cord from the base and if it is necessary assemble the appliance according to description of parts.

USING OF THE APPLIANCE

Assembling and removing of the cone.

The cone places on motor shaft directly, until it is at the same level than filter. If you want to use the big cone, you should place it on the small one.

1. Place the appliance on a safe and flat surface, position it such that it cannot tilt over.
2. Place the juice tank in center of upper housing (the hole of juice tank should be on motor shaft) and fit it firmly. Place a glass or recipient under the pourer and push it down to be ready for pouring juice.
3. Then place the s.s. filter on juice tank.
4. Connect the plug of power cord to mains 230V, 50Hz according current normative.
5. Cut the citrus fruit in half. Place the fruit on cone and go down the lever. When press the fruit, the appliance starts to works rotating automatically. To improve the juice extraction, release pressure and press again the fruit with lever.

Attention: Do not use the appliance for more than 2 minutes! In this case, let the appliance rest for 10 minutes.
6. The juice flows then to recipient which is below the pourer. The pulp and seeds of the fruit will keep on s. s. filter.
7. After using the appliance, remove the plug from mains and clean the appliance as follows.

The power cord can be wrap in bottom side (cord storage).

Notice:

The big cone is for big fruits as oranges or grapefruits. The small cone is for small fruits as lemons or limes.
If you extract great quantity of juice you will have to clean the filter periodically to better flowing of juice.

Important:

We recommend to drink the juice as soon as possible.
- Never save the juice in metallic recipient.

CLEANING

Before cleaning the appliance unplug it from the mains.
After each use you must clean the citrus juicer.
- Clean the juice tank, s. s. filter, cones and press cone cover in soapy water. Remove carefully the cone to clean it. Never use abrasive cleaning products.
- The following parts can be cleaned in dishwasher: press cone cover, big cone, small cone, s. s. filter and juice tank.
- Clean motor body and power cord with damp cloth and dry it immediately with dry cloth.
- Never immerse the motor body in water!
After cleaning you can assemble the appliance to store it.

Disposal of old electrical appliances.

The European directive 2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), requires that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the normal unsorted municipal waste stream. Old appliances must be collected separately in order to optimize the recovery and recycling of

the materials they contain, and reduce the impact on human health and the environment.

The crossed out "wheeled bin" symbol on the product reminds you of your obligation, that when you dispose of the appliance, it must be separately collected.

Consumers should contact their local authority or retailer for information concerning the correct disposal of their old appliance.
