Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep the instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing.
General

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must never play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must never be carried out by children without supervision.

- Never pull on the cord when unplugging.
- Do not use the unit with a damaged cord or plug, or if it is not working properly.
- Do not handle the appliance with wet hands.
- Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
- Make sure the appliance has been unplugged before cleaning.
- This appliance must be installed following the national regulations for electrical installations.

The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and for the envisaged purpose. This appliance is not for commercial use.
- Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges. Do not use it outdoors.
- Do not handle the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately. Do not put it in water.
- Check the appliance and the cable for damage on a regular basis. Do not use the appliance if it is damaged.

- Disconnect the appliance and unplug from power supply if machine is left unattended, of before changing the accessories or nearest parts that move when machine is used, assembled, disassembled or during cleaning.

1) Fully unwind the cord before plugging it in.
2) Connect the appliance to the electrical network.
3) Cut the citrus fruit(s) to be squeezed in half.
4) Start the device by pushing the piece of citrus downwards, once placed on the juicer cone.
5) To stop the device, simply stop applying pressure to the cone.
6) Remove both the cone and the filter to empty the carafe.
7) Pour the juice from the pitcher into glasses to serve directly.
8) If you squeeze a large amount of citrus, you should periodically clean the filter and remove any remaining pulp.
Cleaning
- Unplug the appliance from the mains before cleaning it.
- Except for the motor base, all parts can be cleaned with neutral detergent and water or in a dishwasher. Rinse well to remove all traces of detergent.
- Clean the motor base with a damp cloth and a few drops of liquid detergent and then dry.
- Do not use solvents, or products with an acidic or basic pH such as bleach, or abrasive products, to clean the device.
- Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid or place it under a running faucet.
- It is recommended to clean the appliance regularly and remove any food residue.
DISPOSAL OF OLD ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES

The European directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), requires that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the normal unsorted municipal waste stream.
