Turn the thermostat knob to select the desired temperature, from 50°C to 230°C. The indicator light turns on during heating and turns off when the temperature is reached.

Yes, you can use aluminum foil to cover food, but avoid contact with the heating elements. Never cover the ventilation slots.

How to clean the door glass?

Wait until the appliance has completely cooled down. Clean the glass with a damp cloth and a little mild detergent. Dry thoroughly. Never use abrasive cleaners.

Yes, open the door and carefully remove the rack using oven mitts, as the surfaces are hot. The door should remain closed during cooking for even heat distribution.

How to maintain the appliance?

Always unplug before cleaning. Wipe the inside with a damp cloth. Clean the rack and tray with soapy water. Never immerse the appliance in water.
