USER MANUAL JARO 3000 MA BRENNENSTUHL

damage. Never use the oodlight or the power supply unit in case of any damage. If this is the case, please refer to an electrician or the manufacturer’s service address. Non-compliance poses a risk of fatal injury from electrical current!

protected against splashing water). INTENDED USE This LED oodlight is suitable for general indoor and outdoor lighting. SETTING UP AND SWITCHING ON THE FLOODLIGHT Place the oodlight on a dry and level surface. The inclination of the oodlight is adjustable. SWITCHING THE FLOODLIGHT ON/OFF

Use the switch on the back to switch the oodlight on. Press the switch multiple times to set the brightness to 100%, then 50%, then 10% and then “o”. The lower the brightness selected, the longer the oodlight will burn. If the switch is left in any of its “on” positions for longer than 3 seconds, then pressing it once again will always turn it o.

BATTERY STATUS INDICATOR

Indicates the current battery charge, showing how much energy is still available. The battery status indicator appears automatically when the light is switched on. While the battery is charging, the status indicator shows the battery’s charge level. If all 4 LEDs are lit, the battery is fully charged. If the battery is almost empty, the LED light ashes 5 times and the battery status indicator ashes continuously. Afterwards, the light will remain on for approx. 10 minutes before the light is switched o by the deep discharge protection function. This ensures sucient time to change the battery or complete work.

CHARGING THE BATTERY

  • To ensure optimum function, we recommend fully discharging the battery on the rst use and fully charging it afterwards.
  • The charging port is located under the cover cap on the front of the battery.
  • The charging status of the battery is indicated by the battery status indicator (see description above). If all 4 LEDs are lit, the battery is fully charged.

  • If the device is not used for longer periods of time, charge the battery at regular intervals of approx. 3 months to ensure a long service life.
  • After charging, always close the charging port with the cover cap. For possibilities of disposal of the used appliance, please contact your local or municipal administration. Incorrect disposal of batteries is harmful to the environment! Batteries must not be disposed of in household waste. They might contain toxic heavy met- als and shall be subjected to hazardous waste treatment. Dispose of exhausted batteries at your local collection points.
