USER MANUAL SoundStone HUAWEI

Appearance Power button Press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds to power your speaker on or off. If your speaker is idle, and has no audio output for more than 20 minutes, it will power off automatically. Bluetooth pairing button While your speaker is on, press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button for 1 to 2 seconds to enter Pairing mode. While your speaker is on, press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button for over 6 seconds to clear the pairing history, which will be accompanied by a "beep" sound. Microphone Sound reception. Volume up button Press the volume up button to increase volume. Press and hold the volume up button to switch to the next song. Function button Press the function button to answer an incoming call. Press and hold the function button to reject. During an ongoing call, press the function button to hang up. Press and hold the function button to switch the call between your speaker and phone. During music playback, press the function button to pause/play the music. Volume down button Press the volume down button to decrease volume. Press and hold the volume down button to return to the previous song. Indicator Charging port and reset button Using the USB charging cable, connect your speaker to a charger (with an output voltage of 5 V) or to a computer's USB port. Press and hold the reset button for 2 seconds to reset the hardware and shut down the device. Pairing and connectionEnglish

Pairing with one Bluetooth device When powering on for the first time, your speaker will automatically enter Pairing mode, which can then be found by a peripheral device. In this case, enable Bluetooth on the other device, and then search for available devices. Once the other device has found your speaker (with the Bluetooth name "HUAWEI CM51"), touch the speaker name to pair the speaker with the other Bluetooth device. Some Bluetooth devices may require a password to establish a connection with your speaker. In this case, the default password is 0000. If your speaker is not powering on for the first time, press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button for 1 to 2 seconds to enter Pairing mode. Pairing with two Bluetooth devices If you are attempting to connect two Bluetooth devices and you are powering on your speaker for the first time, perform the following procedures:

1. Successfully pair your speaker with the first Bluetooth device.

2. Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button for 2 seconds to disconnect your speaker with the first Bluetooth device, in which your speaker will then re-enter Pairing mode.

3. Find and select your speaker on the second Bluetooth device to complete the pairing.

4. Reconnect your speaker to the first Bluetooth device.

Your speaker can only operate with one Bluetooth device at a time. To use the second, pause the playback on the first device, and manually play it on the second device, in which your speaker will then take the initiative to operate with the second device. To re-pair your speaker with the two devices, as long as the pairing history exists on both devices, you can directly re-establish the connection from the devices without re-initiating the pairing process. Keep the device out of reach of children and pets to prevent them from accidentally swallowing and choking on the small parts of the device. Biting or swallowing the device could lead to serious injury. Child safety This device and its accessories may contain some small components that present a choking hazard. Keep the device and its accessories out of the reach of children to prevent injury or accidental damage. This device is not a toy. Children should only use the device when supervised by an adult. Before you clean or maintain the device, stop using it, close all apps, and disconnect all cables. Do not use any strong chemicals, detergents, or other chemical agents. Use a clean, soft, and dry cloth to clean the device and its accessories. Do not place magnetic stripe cards, such as bank cards, near the device. Otherwise, these cards may be ruined. Do not dismantle the device or accessories. This voids the warranty and releases the manufacturer from liability for damage. In case of any device malfunction, go to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance. Environment protection Do not dispose of the device and accessories in normal household refuge. Dispose of or recycle your device and accessories according to local laws.
