| 2 Lid | |
| 3 Paddle | |
| 4 Removable bowl | |
| 5 External bowl | |
| 6 "Power" button | |

b) Before Using for the First Time
Before using the machine for the first time wash the base, lid, paddle and the bowl in warm water and liquid soap. Do not use abrasive products or metal scourers. Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
- The interior liquid of the bowl must be frozen before starting to make the ice-cream. Put the bowl in the freezer for at least 8 hours to freeze the interior liquid of the container and assemble the ice-cream maker.
Warning: Once the bowl is frozen, do not touch the inside of the frozen bowl with wet hands. Your fingers could stick to the metal. It is important to handle the bowl with a dry cloth.
-
Place the base on a stable flat surface.
-
Insert the motor into the cavity in the lid by pressing firmly so that it fits in properly.
- Introduce the shaft into the hole in the motor and click the paddle into the shaft.
- Place the refrigerating bowl inside the exterior bowl.
Then put the lid on the bowl. Turn it clockwise to close it.
Plug the machine into the electric socket. You will immediately hear a sound alarm. The 20 minute duration is shown on the screen automatically. If you want to adjust the time press the "Reset" button. Each time you press it the time will increase by one minute. You can choose a duration of between 20 and 40 minutes.
- Press the "Power" button after setting the duration.
- Once you have frozen the bowl and assembled the ice-cream maker, pour the cold ingredients through the inlet for them as indicated in the recipes. Do not fill the bowl to more than half its capacity because otherwise the ice-cream maker will not mix the ingredients correctly.
- The machine must be in operation before adding the ingredients to prevent them from freezing immediately.
- In the last 10 seconds of the set time you will hear an alarm every second until the time has elapsed. The machine stops immediately. Unplug it and remove the motor. The icecream is ready to serve.
Important: Do not stop and start the ice-cream maker during the freezing process otherwise the mixture may freeze on contact with the bowl and prevent the paddle from working.
To prevent the motor from overheating the direction of rotation will change if the mixture becomes too thick. If the rotation direction continues to change, stop the machine when the mixture is ready.
Should the motor ever overheat a safety device will start and stop the motor. If this happens, turn off, unplug the machine and leave the motor to cool.
The ice-cream should have a soft consistency. If you want a thicker ice-cream keep it in the freezer for 1/2 to 1 hour so that it is properly frozen. Keep the ice-cream in a well-sealed plastic container so that the freezer smells do not harm its flavour.
