We congratulate you on the purchase of your new product. You have chosen a high quality product. Familiarise yourself with
the product before using it for the first time. In addition, please carefully refer to the operating instructions and the safety advice below. Only use the product as instructed and only for the indicated field of application. Keep these instructions in a safe place. If you pass the product on to anyone else, please ensure that you also pass on all the documentation with it.
Intended use
This product is designed as sports equipment and is suitable for installation in a door frame with a width of between 75cm - 85cm and a depth of 11cm - 19cm . It is not intended for commercial, therapeutic or medical use. This product may only be used indoors and by adults.

Failure to follow the safety instructions could lead to serious injury!

Never leave children unsupervised with the packaging material. There is a danger of suffocation. Keep children away from the product.
This product is not suitable for children under 14 years as children of this age are not aware of the potential risks. Apart from this, this product contains small parts that could be swallowed by children.
Before installing the product, check which fastening materials are suitable for your wall.
Only suitable for installation in door frames with a width of between 75cm - 85cm
The installation should be performed by an adult and the product should be thoroughly checked for stability when installation is completed.
Check the suitability of the door frame. Please do not install the product if the door frame is made from plastic, aluminium or wood or if the wall thickness is less than 7mm as the door frame is not stable enough in this case.
- Do not install the product on door frames near to stairs.
This product may only be used under the supervision of adults and never used as a toy.
Use of this product is at your own risk.
This product may only be used by persons that are familiar with the safety instructions.
Before each use, check the position in the door frame and the safety bracket for stability.

The load on the product must not exceed 110kg
Before each use, check the product for stability by pulling on it and shaking it.
This product is not suitable for the attachment of moving parts e.g. swings.
Do not perform any exercises that require you to hang with your head towards the ground.
Do not swing on the product!
The product may only be used by one person at a time.
Check the product for damages and / or wear and tear before beginning your training.
Do not use the product if you spot any damages or wear and tear.
If you have any health problems, consult your doctor before using this product. If you feel unwell during training, stop immediately and consult your doctor!
Pregnant women should only use this product for training following consultation with their doctor.
When training, make sure there is enough space between you and any objects or other people in order to avoid injury.
Keep the instructions in the vicinity of the training equipment. This could be useful for reading up on the main exercises.
efBre each use, ensure all the screw connections are tightly screwed in.
If you are using the product on the floor, delicate flooring such as parquet or laminate may become damaged. Always use non-slip rugs or mats on delicate or slippery floors.
- Installation (see Fig. A-E)
Insert the straight bar (left) 9 and the straight bar (right) 3 into one another and screw these together using the M6 screws (15 mm) 5 and the washer.
Insert the curved bar 1 and the U-bar 6 into one another and screw these to the hand bar 2 using the M6 screws (55 mm) 10 and the washer 7/locking nut 8. Then assemble the bars for the other side.
Note: If the depth of the door is between 11 cm and 15 cm, secure the screws as shown in Figure B1. For a depth between 15 cm und 19cm, secure the screws as shown in Figure B2.
Screw the three separate parts together.
Finally, screw the metal cross to the curved bars 1. Firmly tighten all the screw connections (see Fig. C).

- General training tips
- Increase your training intensity gradually and make sure that you have sufficient breaks between training sessions.
Perform all exercises in a calm, uniform manner and not in a fast, jerky manner.
Make sure that your breathing remains even. Exhale on exertion and inhale on release.
Always warm up before exercising.
- General training plan
One exercise should consist of 10-20 repeated movements. Each training set can be repeated 2-4 times. A break of between 3-5 minutes should be taken between training sets.
Exercises
Press-up (see Fig. F) and wide press-up (see Fig. K)
Place the product on a flat surface.
Grip the curved bar and assume the position shown.
Slowly push your upper body upwards until your arms are almost fully extended. Then lower your upper body back down to the original position.
- Keep your whole body tense during this entire exercise, so that your head is in line with your spine.
For wide press-ups, move into the standard press-up position with your hands positioned wide apart.
Dips (see Fig. G)
Place the product on a flat surface.
Grip the curved bar and assume the position shown. Lower your upper body slowly until it touches the floor.
Then push your body upwards until your arms are nearly straight.
Pull-up (see Fig. H) and wide pull-up (see Fig. J)
- Affix the product to the door frame as shown in Figures D and E.
WARNING! For pull-up, you should only hold the straight rod 3 and 9 (see fig. H/J).
Grip the straight rod and 9 as shown and pull upwards with the arms so far that you can peer over the top of the straight rod 3 and 9. Then slowly lower yourself downwards.
A change in the grip position allows different types of pull-up exercises. For wide pull-ups, position your hands wide apart in the door frame in the standard pull-up position.
Sit-up (see Fig. 1)
WARNING! You could injure your spine if you do not perform this exercise correctly.
□ Affix the product to the door frame as shown in the picture.

Slowly pull your upper body upwards using your stomach muscles. Hold this position for a few seconds before slowly lowering your upper body back down.
- Cleaning, maintenance and storage
Never clean the product with abrasive cleaning materials and only wipe it clean with a dry cleaning cloth.
□ Always store the product in a clean, dry place at room temperature.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your worn-out product.
Warranty
The product has been manufactured to strict quality guidelines and meticulously examined before delivery. In the event of product defects you have legal rights against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights are not limited in any way by our warranty detailed below.
The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date of purchase. Should this product show any fault in materials or manufacture within 3 years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it - at our choice - free of charge to you.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please keep the original sales receipt in a safe location. This document is required as your proof of purchase. This warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged, or used or maintained improperly.
The warranty applies to defects in material or manufacture. This warranty does not cover product parts subject to normal wear, thus possibly considered consumables (e.g. batteries) or for damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches, rechargeable batteries or glass parts.
Warranty claim procedure

Please have the till receipt and the item number (e.g. IAN 123456_7890) available as proof of purchase.
You will find the item number on the type plate, an engraving on the front page of the instructions (bottom left), or as a sticker on the rear or bottom of the appliance.
If functional or other defects occur, please contact the service department listed either by telephone or by e-mail.
You can return a defective product to us free of charge to the service address that will be provided to you. Ensure that you enclose the proof of purchase (till receipt) and information about what the defect is and when it occurred.
