How to empty the dust bag?

Press the locking clip to open the front cover. Remove the dust bag, empty it into a trash bin, then put it back and close the cover.

How to clean the filters?

The motor protection filter (under the cover) should be rinsed with water twice a year or when clogged. The HEPA filter is cleaned by brushing it with a soft bristle brush. Do not wash the HEPA filter with water.

The red light of the full indicator turns on, what to do?

This means the dust bag is full. Follow the steps for emptying the bag. If the light remains red after emptying, check that the bag is correctly installed or that the hose is not blocked.

How to use the floor brush with its two positions?

The floor brush has two positions: one for hard floors (lowered position) and one for carpets/rugs (raised position). Operate the switch on the brush to change mode.

The power cord does not rewind completely, what to do?

Make sure the cord is not twisted or blocked. Pull gently on the cord then press the rewind pedal. If the problem persists, check that no obstacle is hindering the mechanism.

How to assemble the tubes and accessories?

Insert the metal tube into the curved end of the flexible hose. Then attach the desired nozzle or brush to the end of the tube. For the hose, press the two-ribbed adapters and insert it into the hose connection on the appliance.

Can I use the vacuum without a bag?

No, this vacuum is designed to operate with a dust bag. Using the appliance without a bag may damage the motor and void the warranty.

How to clean the combi nozzle?

The combi nozzle can be cleaned with a damp cloth if necessary. For stuck dirt, use a small brush. Make sure it is thoroughly dry before connecting.

What to do if the vacuum does not turn on?

1. Connect the hose accessories:

Press the adaptors at both side of the hose end, then insert the hose into the hose socket.

1. Connect the metal tube to the curved end of hose.
2. Connect the different nozzle tools/floor brush to the tube for different cleaning purposes. The floor brush has two positions, soft/textile surfaces. The combi nozzle is for narrow surfaces.
3. Turn on the appliance:

Hold the plug and pull out the cord, then insert the plug into the power socket. Make sure that the power supply corresponds to the required power mentioned on the rating label. Press the on/off switch pedal to turn on the power. Adjust power to the required level.

After using, press the on/off switch pedal, the appliance is turned off.

Pull the plug out of the power socket, press the cord rewinding pedal, the power cord will be drawn in.

3) MAINTENANCE:

1. When the dust full indicator turns to red, it is time to clean the dust bag. To do that, please follow the instructions:

(a) Open the front cover by pressing the lock clip
(b) Remove the dust bag.
(c) Empty the dirt inside the dust bag.
(d) Put back the dust bag.
(e) Close the front cover.

NOTE:

1. The motor protection filter (as found under the front cover) should be removed and rinsed twice a year or whenever it is visible clogged. If the filter is damaged, a new filter should be replaced.

For the HEPA filter, please use a soft bristled brush for cleaning.

1. The exhausted filter should be cleaned in time. To do that, unclip the grille and shake the filter to clean any dust accumulated. Then relocate the filter and clip the grille.

NOTE: Do not exceed the red mark when pulling out the cord. The yellow mark shows the ideal cable length.
