How to adjust zoom and focus?

Loosen the zoom and focus levers located on the camera. For a wide angle, turn the zoom lever to W (wide angle); for telephoto, turn to T (telephoto). Adjust the focus with the other lever from N (near) to ∞ (far) until a clear image is obtained. Retighten the levers after adjustment.

Why is the image black or missing?

First check the power connection (24 V AC or 12 V DC) and video cable. Ensure the impedance selector is set to 75 Ω. Also check the DC iris voltage potentiometer adjustment: turn it toward H to brighten the image.

How to clean the camera?

Use a dry, soft cloth. Never use abrasive paper or chemicals. If the window is dirty, you can use a soft brush or clean cloth. Ensure the camera is powered off before cleaning.

What is the range of the IR LEDs?

The maximum range of the IR LEDs is 70 meters under ideal conditions. The automatic day/night switching is managed by a photoelectric cell (Cds).

Can I use this camera outdoors?

Yes, the camera is rated IP66, making it water and dust resistant. It can be installed outdoors, but avoid direct exposure to heavy rain or water splashes.

How to install the camera?

Securely mount the bracket to the wall or ceiling. Loosen the pan/tilt bolts to orient the camera. Connect the power (24 V AC or 12 V DC) and video cable. Set the impedance selector to 75 Ω unless looping.

What to do if the image is blurry?

Check if the camera window is clean. Clean it if necessary. Ensure the focus is correctly adjusted using the dedicated lever. Avoid pointing the camera at an intense light source.

What power supply to use?

Use a regulated power supply of 24 V AC / 1.5 A or 12 V DC / 1.5 A depending on the model. Only connect the power after completing the installation.

Does the camera heat up normally?

Slight heat is normal, especially when the IR LEDs are on (consumption 14.4 W). If the camera becomes very hot or emits an odor, disconnect it immediately and contact customer service.

How to switch to night mode?

Day/night switching is automatic thanks to the photoelectric cell. In low light, the camera switches to B/W mode and activates the IR LEDs. You can also check the iris potentiometer adjustment to adjust sensitivity.

- Zoom and Focus Lever

• Loosen the Levers and adjust Zoom/Focus

After controlling, tighten each lever.

1. Zoom Lever

• To widen the viewing angle, turn the "Zoom Lever" to "W"(Wide)
• To obtain a closer view, turn this Lever to "T" (Tele).

2. Focus Lever

• To adjust the Focus between "N" (Near) or "∞" (Far) until the sharpest focus is achieved.

3. Ring Guide Bolt

• Be careful not to lose these small bolts (3pcs) which should not be touched in normal use.

4. DC Level Volume Screw Cap

• Remove this screw Cap carefully. Retain it in a safe place,

as it must be replaced to protect from water entering the camera body.

• The DC level volume for the adjustment in the screw hole.

• For a bright screen, turn the DC Level Volume slowly towards "H" (counter-clockwise) with the driver provided.

• For a dark screen, turn it towards "L" (clockwise).

• Then tighten the screw Cap to protect water entering

• Set the impedance switch to the 75 Ω standard position unless other equipment is looped out of the monitor.
• Adaptor: AC24V / 1.5A or DC12V / 1.5A (AC24V / DC12V Model)

• Be sure to connect power after all the installation is done.
• Do not use power sources other than that specified.

troubleshooting

If you have trouble operating the camera, check the following guides for the possible problem.

• Nothing appears on the screen.

• Check the power connection and video signal line connection.

• Check the brightness level of DC Auto Iris volume of the camera.

The video image is not clear.

• Check if the camera glass has dust on the surface.

Clean the camera glass with a clean cloth or brush.

• Make sure that the screen is not exposed directly to a bright light.
  Adjust the position of the camera if necessary.

• Check if protective film of camera glass is removed.

• The screen is dark

• Adjust the brightness feature of the monitor.

• Check the brightness level of DC Auto Iris volume of the camera.

• The screen does not properly display when IR LEDs work.

• Check if the camera glass has dust.

• Clean the camera glass with a clean cloth or brush.
