3.1 Recipe idea Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 3 tomatoes, seeded
  • 1 red onion
    1 garlic clove
    1 red bell pepper
  • 1 jalapeño chilli pepper, seeded
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2pcs egg white+420g icing sugar

Preparation:

Peel the onion and place with the garlic, bell pepper and chilli pepper into the bowl of the appliance and pulse until the ingredients are coarsely chopped. Gradually add the tomatoes, cilantro and salt and pulse a few times until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

4 Operation

Your chopper has been designed for processing small quantities of food and should not be used for any other purpose.

Do not chop extremely hard ingredients such as coffee beans, nutmeg, grains, ice or bones. Remove stalks from herbs, shells from nuts and bones, tendons and gristle from meat.

The appliance should be unplugged when not in use.

4.1 Preparation

  1. Remove all packaging and sticker materials and dispose of them according to the applicable local regulations.
  2. Before using the appliance for the first time, clean the appliance (See the "Cleaning and care" section).
  3. Cut the food into small pieces before using the appliance.
  4. Always keep the glass bowl (5) on the non-slip rubber pad (7).

4.2 Chopping

WARNING: Do not touch the chopping blade with your bare hands.

  1. Place the chopping blade (4) on the fixed shaft (6) in the glass bowl (5).
  2. Put the food that you would like to prepare in the glass bowl (5).

  3. Fit the inner lid (3) on the glass bowl (5). Make sure to place the inner lid (3) properly, otherwise the base unit (2) will not be fit on the inner lid (3) and chopping process can't be operated.

  4. Mount the base unit (2) on the inner lid (3) on the bowl (5).
  5. Insert the plug into the wall socket.
  6. Press and hold the operation switch (1). - The appliance starts operating.

You can press the operation switch (1) intermittently to activate the "PULSE" function of the appliance. You can obtain a better quality of chopping with the "PULSE" function.

  1. Release the operation switch (1) to finish the operation. Disconnect the plug from the wall socket.

If the ingredients stick to the sides of the bowl, scrape them off with the spatula and continue the chopping operation.

  1. Remove the base unit (2) and the inner lid (3). Take out chopping blade (4) carefully. Remove food from the glass bowl (5).

5.1 Cleaning and care

WARNING: Do not touch the chopping blade with your bare hands. The blades are very sharp. Use a brush!

  1. Turn the appliance off and disconnect it from wall socket.
  2. Let the appliance cool down completely.
  3. Use a soft damp cloth to clean the exterior of the base unit (2) and then wipe it dry.
  4. The glass bowl (5), chopping blade (4), and inner lid (3) can be washed in the dishwasher on the upper shelf.
  5. Before storing, clean and dry the chopping blade(4).

5.2 Storage

If you do not plan to use the appliance for a long period of time, please store it carefully.
- Make sure the appliance is unplugged, cooled down and completely dry.

- Make sure the appliance is always kept out of the reach of children.

5.3 Handling and transportation
