- All possible security measures have been taken to ensure your safety. Since the glass may break, you should be careful while cle- aning to avoid scratching. Avoid hitting or knocking on the glass with accessories.
- Ensure that the supply cord is not wedged during the installation. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly quali- ed persons in order to prevent a hazard.
- While the oven door is open, do not let children climb on the door or sit on it. Installation Warnings
- Do not operate the appliance before it is fully installed.
- The appliance must be installed by an authorized technician and put into use. The producer is notres- ponsible for any damage that might be caused by defective placement and installation by unauthorized people.
- When you unpack the appliance, make sure that it is not damaged during transportation. In case of any defect; do not use the applian- ce and contact a qualied service agent immediately. As the materials used for packaging (nylon, staplers, styrofoam...etc) may cause harmful effects to children, they should be collected and removed immedia- tely.
- Protect your appliance against atmospheric effects. Do not expose it to effects such as sun, rain, snow etc.EN - 7
- The surrounding materials of the appliance (cabinet) must be able to withstand a temperature of min 100°C. During usage
- When you rst run your oven a certain smell will emanate from the insulation materials and the heater elements. For this reason, before using your oven, run it empty at maximum temperature for 45 minu- tes. At the same time you need to properly ventilate the environment in which the product is installed.
- During usage, the outer and inner surfaces of the oven get hot. While opening the oven door, step back to avoid the hot steam coming out of the oven. There may be a risk of burns.
- Do not put ammable or com- bustible materials, in or near the appliance when it is operating.
- Always use oven gloves to remo- ve and replace food in the oven.
- Do not leave the cooker while cooking with solid or liquid oils. They may catch re on condition of extreme heating. Never pour water on to ames that are caused by oil. Cover the saucepan or frypan with its cover in order to choke the ame that has occured in this case and turn the cooker off.
- Always position pans over the centre of the cooking zone, and turn the handles to a safe positi- on so they cannot be knocked or grabbed.
- If you will not use the appliance for a long time, plug it off. Keep the main control switch off. Also when you do not use the appliance, keep the gas valve off.
- Make sure the appliance control knobs are always in the “0” (stop) position when it is not used.
- The trays incline when pulled out. Be careful not to let hot liquid spill over.
- When the door or drawer of the oven is open, do not leave anything on it. You may unbalance your app- liance or break the cover.
- Do not put heavy things or am- mable or ignitable goods (nylon, plastic bag, paper, cloth...etc) into the drawer. This includes cookwa- re with plastic accessories (e.g. handles).
- Do not hang towels, dishcloths or clothes from the appliance or its handles. During cleaning and maintenan-
- Always turn the appliance off be- fore operations such as cleaning or maintenance. You can do it after plugging the appliance off or turning the main switches off.

INSTALLATION OF OVEN
There are some factors that must be paid attention to while installing your oven. Surely pay attention to our below sug- gestions in order to be able to prevent any problems and/or dangerous situations that may occur later. It can be placed close to other furni- ture on condition that in the area where the oven is set up, the furniture’s height must not exceed the height of the cooker panel. Pay attention not to place it near the refrigerator, there must be no ammab- le or in ammable materials such as curtain, waterproof cloth etc. that will begin to burn quickly, while selecting place for oven. It is required there must be at least 2 cm blank space between the back cover of oven and wall for air circulation. The furniture close to oven must be manufactured resistant to heat more than 50 C° of the room temperature. If the kitchen furniture are higher than the pan which the oven’s cookers are on, it must be at least 11 cm away from the oven’s side. The minimum heights from the oven’s pan and wall cupboards and paddle boxes with fan over the oven, are shown as below. Thus, the paddle box must be at minimum 650 mm height from the cooker pan. If there is no paddle box, this height must not be less than 700 mm. This appliance must only be installed directly on the oor and not on a base.EN - 10
ELECTRIC CONNECTION AND
SECURITY During the electric connection, surely follow the instructions below. The earthing cable must be connec- ted to the terminal. You have to ensure the cable with insulation to be connected to the power source during the connec- tion of cable. If there is not any appropriate earthed electric outlet in accordance with regulations in the place where the appliance will be installed, immediately contact to our authorized service. The earthed electric outlet must be close to the appliance. Surely do not use the extension cord. The supply cable must not touch to the hot surface of the product. In case the supply cable is dama- ged, surely contact to Qualied Servi- ce. The cable must be changed by the authori- zed service. The wrong electric connection may damage your appliance. Such damage is not in guarantee extent. The electric cable must not touch to the hot parts of appliance. The electric cable must not touch the back part of the appliance. Otherwise the electric cable
appliance may be damaged. And this situation may cause short circuit. The producer rm declares that it has no responsibility against any kind of damages and losses that emanate from the follo- wing security norms. Provide a means of disconnection from the supply having an air gap contact separation of at least 3mm in all active (phase) conductors. Such means of disconnection shall be incor- porated in the xed wiring according to the wiring rules. The appliance is provided for xed connection to the power supply. The connection of the appliance to an electrical source must be done by authorized technician. For xed connection, use the H05VV, H05V2V2 or H05RR type supply cord. Some appliances can be equipped with special plug (Perilex or Norplug). If it is necessary, change it with the same specied spare part. Use 16A/400V 5 pin for perilex plug and 25A/250V for Norplug.EN - 11 These plugs can be used only in some countries. The appliance is adjusted as approp- riate for 220-240 Volts and 380-415V 3N Volts of electricity. If the network electricity is different than this infor- med value, immediately contact to our authorized service. For xed connection, use 3x2,5mm2 or 3x4mm2 sized cable according to app- liances power and terminal box label.
GENERAL WARNINGS AND
MEASURES Your appliance is produced in accordance with the related security instructions connected with electrical appliance. The maintenance and repair works must be made just by the authorized service technician who is trained by the producer rm. The installation and repair works whitout following rules may endanger you. Its outside surfaces heat while your appliance operates. The interior surfaces of oven, components that ensures the heat and steam that goes out are quite hot. Even if the appliance is turned off, these parts hold its heat for a specic time. Do not touch onto the hot surfaces. Keep children away. Do not leave the cooker while cooking with solid or liquid oils. There may be aming up on condition of extreme heating. Never pour water to the ames occuring from oil. Cover the saucepan or frypan with its cover in order to choke the ame that was occured in this case and turn the cooker off. The oven and heat adjustment switches must be adjusted and oven's clock must be programmed for cooking in your oven. Otherwise the oven does not operate. Do not leave anything on it when the door or drawer of oven is open. You may unbalance your appliance or break the cover. Do not put heavy things or ammable, burnable goods (nylon, plastic bag, paper, cloth etc.) into the lower drawer. Plug it off when you do not use the appliance. Protect your appliance against atmospheric effects. Control panel ModeModeEN -14 Hob controls Induction Zone The induction zone is controlled by a knob with 9 positions. The induction zone is operated by turning the control knob to the required setting. Near each control knob is a symbol which indicates the zone that is controlled by the knob. - Use thick, flat, smooth bottomed good quality cookware made of steel, enamelled steel, cast iron or stainless steel. The quality and composition of the cookware has a direct affect on cooking performance.
- Cookware with enamelled steel, aluminium or copper bottoms can cause a metallic residue to remain on the hob. If left, this becomes difficult to remove. Clean the hob after every use.
- Cookware is suitable for induction cooking if a magnet sticks to the bottom of it.
- Cookware must be placed centrally on the cooktop. If it is not placed correctly, is displayed.
- When using certain pans, you may hear various noises coming from them, this is due to the design of the pans and does not effect the performance or safety of the hob.
- The minimum cookware diameter that the elements can detect is Q110mm for 160mm - 210mm hobs and Q160mm for a 290mm hob. Cooking performance is improved with a larger cooking area. Residual Heat Indicator The residual heat indicator indicates that the glass ceramic area has a temperature that is dangerous to touch. After switching off the cooking zone, the respective display will show “H” until the corresponding cooking zone temperature is at a safe level. Safety Switch-Off Function A cooking zone will automatically switch off if the heat setting has not been modified for a specified duration of time. A change in the heat setting of the cooking zone will reset the time duration to the initial value. This initial value depends on the selected temperature level, as shown below. When the hob is switched on, an independent timer can be programmed for each cooking zone. Select a cooking zone, then select the temperature setting and, finally, activate the timer setting button , the timer can be programmed to switch off a cooking zone. Four LEDs are arranged around the timer that indicate which cooking zone the timer has been set for. 10 seconds after the last operation, the timer display will change to the timer that will run out next (in cases where a timer is set for more than one cooking zone). When the timer has run down, a signal will sound, the timer display will show ´00` and the assigned cooking zone timer LED will blink. The programmed cooking zone will switch off and “H” will be displayed if the cooking zone is hot. The sound signal and the blinking of the timer LED will stop automatically after 2 minutes and/or by pressing any button. Buzzer While the hob is in operation, the following activities will be signalled by the buzzer.
- Normal button activation will be accompanied with a short sound signal.
- Continuous button operation over a longer period of time (10 seconds) will be accompanied with a longer, intermittent sound signal. EN -15EN - 16 Boost Function To use this function, select a cooking zone and set the desired cooking level, then press the “P” (Boost) button. The Boost function can only be activated if it is applicable with the cooking zone selected. If the Boost Function is active, a “ P” is shown on the corresponding display. Activating the booster can exceed the maximum power, in which case the integrated power management will be activated. The necessary power reduction is shown by the corresponding cooking zone display blinking. Blinking will be active for 3 seconds to allow for further adaptations of the settings before power reduction.EN - 17 Oven Functions
- The functions of your oven may be dif- ferent due to the model of your product. Oven Lamp: Only the oven light will be turned on and it will remain on in all cooking functions. Defrost Function: The oven’s warning lights will be turned on, the fan will start operating. To use the defrost function, take your frozen food and place it in the oven on a shelf placed in the third slot from the bottom. Placing an oven tray under the defrosting food to catch the water accu- mulated due to the melting ice is recom- mended. This function will not cook or bake your food, it will only help defrost it. Fan Function: The oven's thermostat and warning lights will be turned on, the upper and lower heating elements and fan will start operating. This function is very good for baking pastries. Cooking is carried out by the lower and upper heating elements within the oven and by the fan providing air circulation, which will give the food a slightly grilled effect. Pre- heating the oven for about 10 minutes is recommended. Static Cooking Function: The oven’s thermostat and warning lights will be turned on, the lower and upper heating elements will start ope- rating. The static cooking function emits heat, ensuring even cooking of the food on the lower and upper shelves. This is ideal for making pastries, cakes, baked pasta, lasagne and pizza. Pre-heating the oven for 10 minutes is recommen- ded and it is best to cook on only one shelf at a time when using this function. Grilling Function: The oven’s thermostat and warning lights will be turned on, the grill heating element will start operating. This function is used for grilling and toasting foods. Use the upper shelves of the oven. Brush the wire grid lightly with oil to stop foods sticking and place foods in the centre of the grid. Always place a tray beneath to catch any oil or fat drippings. Pre-heating the oven for about 10 minutes is recommended.
Warning: When grilling, the oven door
must be closed and the oven temperature should be adjusted to 190
C.The oven’s thermostat and warning lights will be turned on, the grill and upper heating elements will start operating. The function is used for faster grilling and for covering a larger surface area, such as grilling meats. Use the oven's upper shelves. Brush the wire grid lightly with oil to stop foods sticking and place foods in the centre of the grid. Always place a tray beneath to catch any oil or fat drippings. Pre-heating the oven for about 10 minutes is recommended.

Double Grill and Fan Function: The oven ’s thermostat and warning lights will be turned on, the grill and upper heating elements and fan will start operating. This function is used for faster grilling of thicker foods and for covering a larger surface area. Both the upper heating elements and grill will be energised along with the fan to ensure even cooking. Pizza Function The oven's thermostat and warning lights will be turned on, the ring and lower heating elements and fan will start operating. Fan and lower heating function is ideal for baking food, such as pizza, equally in a short time. While the fan evenly disperses the heat of the oven, the lower heating element ensures the baking of food dough. Use the upper shelves of the oven. Brush the wire grid lightly with oil to stop foods sticking and place foods in the centre of the grid. Always place a tray beneath to catch any oil or fat drippings. Pre- heating the oven for about 10 minutes is recommended.

Time Adjustment: The time must be adjusted before starting to use the oven. Following the power supply to the oven, symbol (A) and the three “0”s on the screen will begin to ash. Press the (+) and (-) keys simultaneously. The symbol will appear on the screen. Also, the dot in the middle of the screen will begin to ash. Using the (+) and (-) buttons, adjust the current time while this dot is ashing. After the adjustment, the dot should be lit continuously. Following the power supply to the oven, when symbol (A) and the three “0”s on the screen begin to ash, the oven can not be operated using the control buttons. When the (+) and (-) buttons are pressed simultaneously for time adjustment, the symbol will appear on the screen. When this symbol appears on the screen, you can manually operate the oven. As the adjusted time will be reset in the event of a power failure, the time adjustment operation will have to be carried out once again. EN - 19 Turbo Function The oven’s thermostat and warning lights will be turned on, the ring heating element and fan will start operating. The turbo function evenly disperse the heat in the oven. All foods on all racks will be cooked evenly. It is recommen- ded to pre-heat the oven about 10 mi- nutes.Audible Warning Time Adjustment:
The time must be adjusted before starting to use the oven. Following the power supply to the oven, symbol (A) and the three “0”s on the screen will begin to ash. Press the (+) and (-) keys simultaneously. The symbol will appear on the screen. Also, the dot in the middle of the screen will begin to ash. Using the (+) and (-) keys, adjust the current time while this dot is ashing. After the adjustment, the dot should be lit continuously. This function can be used to receive audible warnings at the completion of the adjusted time period. Press the MODE key in the middle. The symbol will ash on the screen. Three “0”s will also appear. Adjust the desired time period for the warning by using (+) and (-) keys while the symbol is ashing. Some time after the completion of the adjustment, the symbol will be lit continuously. When the symbol begins to light continuously, the audible warning time adjustment is done. The audible warning time can be set to a time between the time range of 0 and
When the set time is up, the timer gives an audible warning and the symbol begins to ash on the screen. Pressing any key will stop the audible warning and the symbol will disappear from the screen. The Audible Warning time adjustment is for warning purposes only. The oven will not be activated with this function. Adjustment of the cooking time:
This function is used to cook in the desired time range. The foods to be cooked are put into the oven. The oven is adjusted to the desired cooking function. The oven thermostat is adjusted to the desired degree depending on the dish to be cooked. Keep pressing on the MODE button until you see “stop” on the timer screen. When you see “stop” on the timer screen, symbol (A) will begin to ash. Adjust the cooking period for the food you wish to cook, by using EN - 20the (+) and (-) buttons while the timer is in his position. Some time after the adjustment operation is completed, the day’s time will appear on the screen and symbol (A) and will begin to continuously light on the screen. While doing this, the oven will also start to operate. A cooking period between the time range of 0 and 10 hours can be set. At the completion of the set duration, the timer will stop the oven and give an audible warning. Also, symbol (A) will begin to ash on the screen. After bringing the oven button and oven thermostat button to 0 position, pressing any button of the timer will end the audible warning. Also, the timer will be brought to the manual use function. Adjustment of the cooking end time:
This function is used to cook according to desired nishing time. The food to be cooked is put into the oven. The oven is adjusted to the desired cooking function. The oven thermostat is adjusted to the desired degree depending on the dish to be cooked. Keep pressing the MODE button until you see “end” on the timer screen, symbol (A) and the day’s time will respectively begin to ash. Adjust the nishing time for the food you wish to cook, by using the (+) and (-) keys while the timer is in this position. Some time after the adjustment operation is completed, the current time will appear on the screen and symbols (A) and will begin to continuously light on the screen. While doing this, the oven will also start to operate. You can set a time which can be up to 10 hours after the current time. Upon completion of the set duration, the timer will stop the oven and an give audible warning. The the symbol (A) will also begin to ash on the screen. After bringing the oven button and oven thermostat button to 0 position, pressing any button of the timer will end the audible warning. The timer will also be brought to manual use function. EN - 21Full-Automatic Programming:
This function is used to cook food after a certain period of time, within a certain duration. The food to be cooked is put into the oven. The oven is adjusted to the desired cooking function. The oven thermostat is adjusted to the desired degree depending on the dish to be cooked. First, keep pressing the MODE button until you see “stop” on the timer screen. When you see “stop” on the timer screen, the symbol (A) will begin to ash. Adjust the cooking period for the food you wish to cook, by using the (+) and (-) keys while the timer is in this position. Some time after the adjustment operation is completed, the day’s time will appear on the screen and the symbols (A) and will begin to continuously light on the screen. A cooking period between the time range of 0 and 10 hours can be set.
Second, keep pressing the MODE button until you see “end” on the timer screen. When you see “end” on the timer screen, the symbol (A) and the cooking end time begin to ash. Adjust the nishing time for the food by using the (+) and (-) keys while the timer is in this position. Some time after the adjustment operation is completed, the day’s current time will appear on the screen and the symbol (A) will begin to light continuously on the screen. You can set a time which can be up 23.59 hours after the time obtained by adding the cooking period and the current time. The oven will start operating at the time calculated by deducting the cooking period from the set nishing time, and will stop at the set nishing time. The timer will give an audible warning and the symbol (A) will begin to ash. After bringing the oven button and oven thermostat button to the 0 position, pressing any button of the EN - 22timer will end the audible warning. Also, current time will be displayed on timer. Key Lock:
- The key lock is automatically activa- ted when the timer is not in use for 5 seconds in normal usage. To unlock the timer, press MODE button for 3 seconds. Then desired operation can be done.
- After activation of the mode button, each button is activated immediately as they are pressed. EN - 23 Energy Saving - During use of electrical cookers , it is required to use saucepans having at bases. - Choose a cookware of proper size . - Using a lid will reduce cooking times. - Minimise the amount of liquid or fat to reduce cooking times. - When liquid starts boling ,reduce the temperature setting. - Oven door should not be opened often during cooking period.EN - 24 Accessories Used in Oven You can use glass dishes, cake molds, special oven trays that are appropriate for use in oven, that you are able to assure in market, apart from the oven trays and grill wire chicken roasting skewer that are given together with your oven. Pay attention to the information related to the subject that were given by the manufacturer rm. In case small size dishes are used, place the dish onto the grill wire, as it will completely be on the middle part of the wire. The following information must also be followed for the enameled dishes. If the food that will be cooked does not cover the oven tray completely, if the food is taken from the deep freezer or the tray is being used for collection of food's juices that ow during grilling, the form changes can be observed in tray because of the high heat that occur during cooking or roasting. The tray will return to its old form only when the tray cooled after cooking. This is a normal physical event that occurs during heat transfer. Do not leave this tray or dish in cold environment right away after cooking in glass tray or dish. Do not put onto the cold and wet grounds. Place on a dry kitchen cloth or dish cross, ensure it to cools slowly. Otherwise the glass tray or dish may be broken. If you will grill in your oven; we recommend you to use the grill that was given in tray together with product. ( If your product includes this material ) So, the oils that spatter and ow, will not dirty the inside of oven. If you will use the big wire grill; ut a tray onto one of the lower shelves for oils not to be collected. Also put some water into it for cleaning easiness. Use 4th and 5th shelves while grilling and oil the grill for the ingredients that you will grill not to stick to the grill. Oven Cavity Rack positions
Oven Accessories The accessories of your oven may be different due to the model of your product. Wire grid Wire grid is used to grill or to place different cookwares on it. WARNING- Fit the grid correctly into any corresponding rack in the oven cavity and push it to the end. Shallow Tray Shallow tray is used to bake pastry such as ans etc.To locate the tray correctly in the cavity, put it to any rack and push it up to the end. Deep Tray The deep tray is used to cook stews. To locate the tray correctly in the cav- ity, put it on any rack and push it to the back. CLEANING Be sure that all control switches are off and your appliance cooled before cleaning your oven. Plug off the appliance. Control whether they are appropriate and recommended by the manufacturer before using the cleaning materials on your oven. As they may damage the surfaces, do not use caustic creams, abrasive cleaning powders, thick wire wool or hard tools. In case the liquids that overows around your oven burn, the enameled place may be damaged. Immediately clean the overew liquids.
