How long does it take to assemble the Norm 69 lamp?

Assembly can take 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on your experience. It is recommended to follow the order of the numbered pieces and only take out one set of pieces at a time from the packaging.

What type of bulb to use?

Use an E27 base bulb with a maximum wattage of 60 W. Equivalent LED bulbs are recommended for better energy efficiency.

How to replace the bulb?

The bulb is easily replaced via the flexible bottom of the lamp. It is not necessary to disassemble the socket.

Can I paint the lamp?

It is not recommended to paint the pieces as this could affect the fit and light diffusion. The lamp is designed to be used in matte white.

How to clean the Norm 69 lamp?

Clean with a soft dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid chemicals or water that could damage the plastic.

What to do if a piece does not snap in properly?

Check that you are using the correct piece number and that the matte side is facing outward. If necessary, fold the reinforcements as shown in the manual.

Can the lamp be installed on a sloped ceiling?

Yes, the suspension is flexible. Make sure the ceiling hook is sturdy and the cable is long enough. Maintain the gap between the socket and the suspension piece.

What tools are needed for assembly?

No tools or glue are needed. All pieces snap together manually. Simply follow the number order.

Can I use a bulb stronger than 60 W?

No, it is imperative to respect the maximum wattage of 60 W to avoid any risk of overheating or damage to the lamp.

How to hang the lamp from the ceiling?

Pass the cable through the suspension pieces as indicated. The first piece mounts around the cable with the tip downward, then slide it into the base. The second serves as a guide piece.

Take six of the elements marked '11' out of the package. Remove any superfluous material from the two slits.

"Snap" the first hanging element around the cable with the point downwards. IMPORTANT! There must be a gap between the bulb socket and the hanging element, so the accompanying spacer MUST be fitted to the cable as shown in the drawing.

Lower the bulb and bulb socket into the cylinder and press the first hanging element down past the "flaps". Attach the second hanging element to the cable with the point downwards. Lower this into the cylinder, where it will ensure that the lamp hangs straight.

The lamp can be suspended without removing the bulb socket. Bulbs can easily be replaced via the flexible bottom of the lamp.
