INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Assembling of a device:

-It is quite easy to assemble a gun – take a paint support and fit it into the lateral of a unit body, see picture 1.
- Then take one edge of a flexible tube and fit it into a unit body and another edge - into a spraying gun, see picture 2.
-Finally take a carrying tape for hanging and fix it on a motor base as it is shown on the picture 3.

Preparation of a zone for painting:

  • Before start painting, ensure that an area you want to paint is clean and dust free.
-It is also recommended to use masking tape to cover areas you do not want to paint.

Preparation of paint and liquids to spray:

-This device can spray different types of paint and different liquids like varnishes, disinfectants, waxes, pesticides etc.
- Paint should be diluted and free of paint particles or grains. Grains of paint or particles can block a nozzle, thus it is not recommended to use grain painting.
-To start spraying it is necessary to measure viscosity - to mix paint or liquid you want to use and to fill a viscometer with it, see picture 4.
-To see if liquid or paint is diluted well and its viscosity is correct, a viscometer should empty in less than 30 seconds.
-If a viscometer empties in more than 30 seconds, you have to dilute liquid or paint before using it - maximum viscosity for this device is 30 seconds. Never use liquid or paint that exceeds 30 seconds of dripping time. If dripping time is less than 15 seconds, paint is too liquid to apply and it will flow down the walls, try to thicken paint.
-To dilute liquid or paint, pay attention if this paint has water base, it

will be diluted with water then. For other types of liquids you can use diluent or alcohol. To be sure about proper way of diluting liquids for spraying you must consult a manufacture of paint, varnish etc.

Follow the next guide table:

Liquid or paint type Dripping timein seconds
Varnishes Not diluted
Clear varnish/aluminium paint 1530 seg
Acrylic paint 20-30 seg
Wood coating/pesticides Not diluted (max. 30 seg)

-Once you achieve correct viscosity, mix well liquid for sparring and fill a tank of a device with it. To separate a tank trigger, turn clockwise and open a tank, then pour liquid inside and put back a trigger on a tank and screw counter clockwise on it.

-Plug in a device ensure that a switch On/Off is in position 0 (switched Off).

-For better operating, you can place a hanging tape of a shoulder having both hands free to work. It is recommended to take out a support of a gun during its using for better operating of a device.

  • Before start spraying, try a gun on some surface and adjust spraying amplitude with help of an adjusting screw, see picture 5.

-If you want to reduce spraying flow, turn a screw clockwise.
-If you want to increase spraying flow, turn a screw counter clockwise.

-This device can spray in 3 positions: vertical, horizontal and circle, depending on nozzle position, see picture 6.

-Having flow and jet position adjusted, take a device by its handle and direct a nozzle towards you want to spray liquid, press a gun trigger, a device will start spraying liquid then.

-It is recommended keep a nozzle in 25-30 cm from a surface to be painted and paint in straight and parallel to avoid spills, see picture 7.

-Once you have painted or sprayed the entire necessary surface, put a switch in position 0 (switch Off) and unplug a device.
-If you want to spray over the second layer, consult a manufacture

about time of paint or liquid drying.

-When you are filling a tank ensure that a device is unplugged.

CLEANING AND STORAGE

  • Before cleaning the appliance, make sure it has been disconnected from the mains.
-Leave the appliance to cool down before cleaning it.
-Do not use abrasive detergents or products that may damage the appliance.
  • When you have finished painting, unplug a device and empty a tank for paint.
-Empty content that may remain inside of a tank - take out a trigger turning clockwise and reach a tank.
