SAFETY NOTE Please use 10AMP or above socket for the appliance. Do not use the same socket with other appliances. Otherwise, overheat may occur to cause fire. Please do not touch any movable part especially the blades during operation. Please be careful when cleaning / replacing the blades. Please do not wash the appliance with running water directly. This will cause short circuit.

Please do not use the appliance near fire or places with high temperature.

It is not allowed to operate the appliance without any material such as water, ice or fruit. Otherwise, the blades will damage and the machine life will be shortened. It is not allowed to disassemble the appliance body. Do not use sharp material to touch the jug.- 6 - PBL-108642 Please do not let the old, children and disabled people operate this machine. Please do not put the machine on soft surface such as carpeting and table cloth during operation. When placing food into the jug, do not overfill the max level line (marked on the jug). Make sure the lid is tightly closed.

Before you start the machine, make sure the jug is firmly fit on the body. Do not open the lid during operation.

When you need to use the stir rod, please only open the top cap instead of the whole lid.

Please do not spill liquid such as water on the bottom of the jug. Otherwise, it will cause rust and shorten the life of the machine.- 7 - PBL-108642 Please keep a distance of 20 cm between the appliance and the people during operation. Please also clear the table and keep a 20 cm gap between the appliance and each side.

This appliance is equipped with over current protection. When the food in jug is too much or blocked, the over current switch will jump in and the appliance will stop working. In this case, press the reset button (on the left side under the bottom of the base) in to reset the appliance.- 8 - PBL-108642 FEATURES

Before use, make sure the on/off switch is in “OFF” position and the speed adjustor is in “MIN” position.

1. Place the jug onto the motor housing. The jug must be placed as shown on the above picture.

2. Put the foods into the jug after dicing them and then add the liquid, making sure not to go over the

maximum level marked on the jug. Note: Never fill the jug with ingredients exceeding 80°C .

3. Put the lid onto the jug and put the top cap onto the lid (have the cap engaged into the slots on the lid) then

twist the cap clockwise to firm the connection.

4. Put the plug into the wall socket. Switch the on/off switch into “ON” position and rotate the speed adjustor

to your desired position. NOTE: You can press and hold the pulse switch to “ON” position to get full power.

5. After finishing, switch off your appliance and remove the plug from outlet. NOTE: Make sure the speed

adjustor is set to “MIN” position. The appliance is equipped with a safety switch. It only works when the jug has been placed correctly. IMPORTANT TIPS If the jug contains liquid, please turn the speed adjustor to the lowest speed then to the highest speed. Otherwise, the liquid may spill out. If you wish to add more food into the jug during operation (not over the maximum level), even just a small quantity, please hold the jug and only open the top cap to add it. When the food is not easy to move or the unit is blocked, please use pulse function to blend 2-3 times. In this case, please use the stir rod to mix the food. RECIPE Sweet Apple Smoothie 1 ripe banana (without skin) 2 hands of baby spinach Leaves of a carrot 2 sweet apples 4 kohlrabi leaves 500ml of fresh water Peel the banana, divide the apple into quarters and remove the stem and the blossom root, the seeds should be used with. Wash the baby spinach briefly. Give all ingredients into mixing container and add the water. Start your blender on the lowest setting, then increase gradually to the highest level and let the blender run until the desired consistency is reached. Sweet Cherry Smoothie 1 mango 14 cherries 2 nectarines 250g of lamb’s lettuce 1/2 bunch parsley 1/2 peeled lemon 500ml of fresh water Remove stone of mango, cherries and nectarines. Wash the lettuce briefly. Peel the skin of the lemon with a vegetable peeler. Put all ingredients in the mixing container. Start your blender on the lowest setting, then increase gradually to the highest level and let the blender run until the desired consistency is reached. Enjoy! Tomato Sauce 7 medium tomatoes 2 small shallots 8 fresh basil leaves 1 tbsp. of agave syrup 2 tbsp. of olive oil Fresh parsley, chili Salt and pepper Place all ingredients into mixing container and start at the highest speed level. Stop the mixing process when the desired consistency is achieved. Season to taste the tomato sauce with salt and pepper. Done. Enjoy! Tomato Soup 500g of tomatoes 1 red bell pepper 1 small orange 60g of cashew nuts 2-4 basil leaves Sea salt and black pepper Place all ingredients into mixing container and start at the highest speed level. Stop the mixing process when the desired consistency is achieved. Season to taste the tomato soup with see salt and pepper. Done. Enjoy! Cashew Butter 250g of cashew nuts About 4 tbsp. oil (sunflower oil or thistle oil)- 10 - PBL-108642 Put the cashews in the mixing container, pour the oil in the mixing container and start with pulse mode with short intervals. Then mix on high speed until a file paste has been produced. This may take some time to complete. Done. Enjoy! Lemon Cream 250g cashew nuts 1 tsp of lemon zest Juice of one lemon 100ml of fresh water 5 tbsp. agave syrup Chop the cashew nuts using pulse mode. Add the remaining ingredients to the mixing container. Start on the lowest speed level and increase for about 60 seconds to the highest speed level. Allow the lemon cream to cool in the refrigerator before serving. Enjoy! Tomato Dressing 3 apricots 2 tomatoes 1 small spring onion 2 tbsp. of freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 dried chili pepper 1 tbsp. of sugar Remove the stones of the apricots. Add the ingredients to the mixing container. Start on the lowest speed level and increase for about 60 seconds to the highest speed level. Season to taste the tomato dressing with a little salt. Enjoy! Fruit Smoothie 1/2 mango (without stone) 1/2 grapefruit 1/2 orange 1 medlar 1/2 pomegranate 500ml of fresh water Use the pomegranate seeds only. Reel the orange with a vegetable peeler. Start your blender on the lowest setting, then increase gradually to the highest level and let the blender run until the desired consistency is reached. Enjoy! Pina Colada Smoothie 200g of pineapple 200g of raw coconut butter 100ml of fresh water Peel off, pineapple and add it to the other ingredients in the mixing container. Start your blender on the lowest setting, then increase gradually to the highest level and let the blender run until the desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!- 11 - PBL-108642 Cold Chocolate Smoothie 3 bananas 500ml of nut milk 5 tbsp. of agave syrup 5 tbsp. of cocoa powder 2 tbsp. of cocoa nibs (if available) 1 tbsp. of ground vanilla bourbon Peel the bananas and freeze them in small pieces. Then put these with the other ingredients in the mixing container. Start your blender on the lowest setting, then increase gradually to the highest level and let the blender run until the desired consistency is reached. Enjoy! CLEANING

1. First remove the mains plug from the wall socket. Do not immerse the motor housing in water. You can clean

the motor housing with a humid cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning materials.

2. Disassemble the other parts after each use and wash them in soapy water. Then rinse with clean water and

dry thoroughly. Do not wash these parts in a dishwasher. CAUTION After 3 minutes continuously operation, it is required to be switched off for 1 minute to prevent overheating. TROUBLE SHOOTING Trouble Cause Solution Not working Not plug in. Plug into the socket tightly. The over current switch is cut off. Spill out Material over the maximum level Stop the machine and take out extra material. The lid is not fixed firmly. Tighten the lid and the cap.
