Congratulations on purchasing this equipment. Please read this manual carefully and take care of the following hints to avoid damages. Any failure caused by ignoring the mentioned items and cautions mentioned in the instruction manual are not covered by our warranty and any liability.

Safety Instructions

• Keep children and pets away from the machine at all times. DO NOT leave children unattended in the same room with the machine.
  • Only one person at a time should use the machine.
• If the user experiences dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or any other abnormal symptoms, STOP the workout at once and CONSULT A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY.
• Position the machine on a clear, leveled surface. DO NOT use the machine near water or outdoors.
• Keep hands away from all moving parts.
• Always wear appropriate workout clothing when exercising. DO NOT wear robes or other clothing that could become caught in the machine. Running or aerobic shoes are also required when using the machine.
• Use the machine only for its intended use as described in this manual. DO NOT use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
• Do not place any sharp object around the machine.
  • Disabled person should not use the machine without a qualified person or physician in attendance.
  • Before using the machine to exercise, always do stretching exercises to properly warm up.
• Never operate the machine if the machine is not functioning properly.

WARNING: before beginning any exercise program, consult your physician. This is especially important for individuals over the age of 35 or persons with pre-existing health problems.

Assembly

Step 1:

Attach the Front stabilizer (64) to the Front Main frame (27), securing with 2X Curve washer (13) and 2X Domed nut (12). Do the same for the rear stabilizer (66).

Select a position for your exercise bike. Then adjust the adjustable knob (50). As shown in the diagram below, making sure the knob is in contact with the floor tighten with Nut(49) and the bike is stable. Pull the Spring knob(47) to adjust the distance between the Front main frame(27) with Rear main frame(39)

Step 2:

Insert the Seat post(58)into the Rear main frame(39),then tighten with Spring knob(47).

Attach the Back cushion tube(59) to the seat post plate, 4xFlat washer(19),4xSpring washer(56) and 4xDomed nut(12).

Step 3:

Take the Handle bar for seat(55) to the Back cushion tube(59) □lock with 2xFlat washer(19) and 2xDome nut(12).

Step 4:

Attach the Seat (61) to the Back cushion tube (59), using 4x Flat Washer (57) and 4x Allen bolt(38). Attach the Back cushion (60) to the Back cushion tube (59), using 4x Flat Washer (57) and 4x Allen bolt(38).

Step 5:

Take the Front Post (26) and join the Middle Computer Wire (22) with Lower Computer Wire(40). Pull Lower Tension Cable (67) from Front post (26) and out from the hole on the upside, then connect the Lower Tension Cable (67) with Tension Cable(31),like the arrow direction. Then fasten the Tension Knob by 1XCurve Washer (24) & Screw (25).

Pull the Cover for front post (28), then insert the Front Post (26) into Front Main Frame (27), tighten with 4X Allen Bolt (23) and 4X Curve Washer (13).

Slide Computer (29) into the Front post (26).tighten with 4X Screw (30),then insert the Middle Computer Wire (22) into the pulse hole.

Note: Please turn the resistance tension to level 8 before assembly.

How to pull tension cable from front post

Pull Tension Cable from front post.	Attach the cable to the rear of the Tension Knob by inserting the end of the tension wire into the clasp on the end of the lower tension cable then pull upwards and insert the end of the outer cable into the top of the U shaped bracket. Please note at this stage you may need to pull the handlebar post upwards with some force to increase the length of the cable.		Place the Tension knob housing into the front post fix in place by using the screw.

Step 6:

Fix the Handlebar (35) to the Front Post (26) and tighten with 1xCover of handlebar(20), 1x Washer (19), 1x Spacer (18) and 1 xT Knob(17). Then connect the Middle pulse wire(32A) with Upper pulse wire(29A).

Step 7:

Attach Left Pedal (5L) and Right pedal (5R) to appropriate Crank Arm (6). The right Pedal is on the right hand side of cycle as you sit on it. Note that the right pedal should be threaded on clockwise and the left pedal on counterclockwise

Check all bolts and nut are tightened Before using the machine.

Operation

Auto on/off

Auto as long as the wheel is in motion, the monitor is in action, and auto to show all functions. If there is no moving within 4 minutes, monitor will turn off automatically, and keep the values of TIME/DISTANCE/CALORIES/ODOMETER, when moving again, the values will add up. If press any key in 2 second, all the values will be back to zero, except ODOMETER.

Auto scan

Press the button until the arrow points to SCAN, monitor will rotate through all 6 scan able functions, Riding Time, Speed, Distance, Calorie, Odometer, Pulse, Each display will be held for 6 seconds.

SPEED

Display the current speed, speed is 0.0 up to 999.9km/h or ml/h.

DISTANCE

Accumulates total distance from 0.0 up to 999.9km or ml.

TIME

Accumulates total working time from 00:00 up to 99:59.

CALORIE

Accumulates calories consume during exercise from 0 up to 999.9cal.

ODOMETER

Press the button until display ODO, total distance from 0 up to 9999km or ml. Monitor will display the total accumulated distance.

PULSE

Press the button until display ,monitor will display your current heart rate in beats percent minute. RESET Pressing the button for more than 2 second will reset all functional values to zero except odometer.

Note: If the computer displays abnormally, please re-install the battery and try again.
