Frequently Asked Questions - FP 6 TEAM

What types of fruits can I use with the FP 6 juicer?
This juicer is designed for soft fruits like oranges, lemons and grapefruits. Do not try to extract hard fruits (pineapple, mango) or oversized fruits.
How do I assemble the appliance?
Place the separation unit onto the motor shaft, then the strainer and the cone (small or large) onto the shaft. Install the juice container under the outlet. Make sure the outlet is in the lower position.
Why doesn't the cone turn?
The cone only turns when you apply pressure to the fruit. If no fruit is pressed, the rotation stops automatically. Also check that the appliance is plugged in and the fruit is cut in half.
Can I use the appliance continuously for a long time?
No, this appliance is not professional. Respect a break of at least 10 minutes after the maximum duration indicated on the rating plate (generally 5 to 10 minutes).
How do I clean the juicer?
Disassemble the accessories (container, strainer, cone, separation unit) and wash them by hand in soapy water. Rinse with clean water. Do not put them in the dishwasher. Clean the motor unit with a damp cloth.
What should I do if the power cord is damaged?
If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified service technician to avoid any danger. Do not use the appliance before repair.
Can I extract orange juice with pulp?
The appliance is designed to extract juice while retaining pulp and seeds thanks to the strainer. The juice comes out through the outlet, the pulp remains in the strainer.
How should I store the appliance after use?
After cleaning and drying, reassemble the accessories if desired, cover the strainer with the lid, wrap the cord under the base in the storage compartment and store the appliance in a dry place.
Does the appliance have an automatic shut-off?
Yes, the cone rotation stops automatically as soon as you stop pressing on the fruit. This ensures safe use.
What if I lose the accessories?
The accessories (cones, strainer, container) are specific to this model. Contact Team after-sales service or an authorized dealer to obtain spare parts.
