How to assemble the blender foot?

Make sure the appliance is unplugged. Insert the foot into the opening aligning the arrows, then turn a quarter turn clockwise until it stops. Check the lock by pulling on the foot.

How to use the whisk?

First mount the adapter ring on the appliance by aligning the arrows and turning a quarter turn. Then insert the whisk onto the ring until it clicks. Use speeds 2 to 4.

How to use the chopper?

First place the blade in the bowl. Mount the motor unit on the lid by aligning the arrows and turning a quarter turn. Position the lid on the bowl respecting the flares. Use speeds 1 to 5 or maximum speed.

What foods can be chopped with the chopper?

The chopper can chop condiments, dried fruits or meat. For meat, cut it into pieces beforehand.

What is the maximum continuous use time?

The maximum continuous use time is indicated on the rating plate (noted KB xx min). After use, respect a pause of at least 10 minutes.

How to clean the motor unit?

Never immerse the motor unit in water. Wipe it with a slightly damp soft cloth. Use absorbent paper if necessary. Do not use abrasive products.

Can I put the accessories in the dishwasher?

No, do not place accessories in the dishwasher. Wash them by hand in soapy water, rinse and dry before reuse. Avoid abrasive pads.

What to do if the appliance does not work?

First check that the mains voltage matches the appliance. If the cable is damaged, have it replaced by a qualified service. Do not attempt to repair yourself.

How to fix the wall mount?

Measure the distance between the notches on the back of the mount. Drill the wall at the desired height, insert the wall plugs, place the mount and screw until there is as little play as possible.

Can the appliance be used by children?

No, the appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities. Supervise children so that they do not play with it.

Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.

This kind of appliance cannot function continuously; it is not a professional type of appliance. It is necessary to make temporary stops. Check the section « Important information » in the instruction manual.
It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all times as it comes into direct contact with food. Check the section « Cleaning » in the instruction manual.
☐ Attention, the blades of the stick attachment or the one of the chopper are very sharp, pay attention not to get cut when manipulating them (cleaning or change of the accessories).
☐ Make sure the accessory is solidly and correctly tightened at the motor bloc before starting the appliance.
☐ Make sure your hands and/or any kind of utensil stay clear of the recipient when the appliance is in use in order to avoid serious injuries. Never touch the accessories when the appliance is in use. Furthermore, never try to stop the movement of the blade in any way whatsoever. Unplug the appliance.
☐ When mixing warm liquid, be particularly careful as a projection of warm liquid could cause serious burns.
☐ The appliance is designed for the preparation of small quantities of food that have to be consumed rather quickly. It is not designed for the preparation of large quantities at once.
☐ The chopper is designed to be used exclusively in its delivery state (bowl, lid and blades in good state) because it gives all the needed securities. Do not try to substitute one of those pieces by another one and if you have to replace one, contact your customer service.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This appliance is not for professional use. You should follow the requested breaks. Failure to follow this instruction carefully may result in damage to the motor. Please refer to the rating label for the maximum continuous usage time (KB xx min where xx is the maximum usage time). The breaks should last at least 10 minutes.

WALL-MOUNTING BRACKET

To make the storage easier, your appliance is delivered with a wall-mounting bracket that you can fix directly onto the wall thanks to the screws and raw plugs provided. Therefore measure the space between both notches on the backside of the mount and then make a hole in the wall at the desired height and slide the raw plugs. Place the mount facing the holes, the screws in the raw plugs and screw until there is the as least as possible play between the screw heads and the mount.

SPEED SETTINGS

Depending on the accessory you are using, you can use the following speed setting.

STICK ATTACHMENT: speeds 1 to 5 + maximum speed WHISK: speeds 2 to 4

CHOPPER: speeds 1 to 5 + maximum speed

Variable speeds: place the speed switch on the speed setting you want and then press on the top switch.

Maximum speed: press the inferior switch. This switch allows you to obtain the maximum speed whatever the position of the speed switch.

USE OF THE STICK ATTACHMENT

With this accessory you can mix food as for example vegetables to prepare soups but also to mix liquids. It only has to be used in a vertical position with blades facing downwards.

• Make sure the appliance is unplugged from the power supply.
• Insert the stick attachment in the opening so that both shafts, the one on the appliance and the other one on the stick attachment are facing each other. Turn the stick attachment from a quarter of revolution clockwise until it stops. Check the locking by pulling on the stick attachment.

- To disassemble the stick attachment, proceed inversely.

- Attention, the blades of the stick attachment are very sharp, pay attention not to get cut when cleaning them.

USE OF THE WHISK

With this accessory you can beat and mix in small containers.

• In order to assemble the whisk, you have to assemble its setting ring on the appliance first.

- Make sure the appliance is unplugged from the power supply.

• Insert the setting ring in the opening so that both shafts, the one on the appliance and the other one on the ring are facing each other. Turn the ring from a quarter of revolution clockwise until it stops. Check the locking by pulling on it lightly.
• To assemble the whisk you only have to insert it on its ring until you hear a click and to check its locking.
  • To disassemble, proceed inversely.

USE OF THE CHOPPER

With this accessory you can chop condiments, dried fruits or meat. To chop meat, it is recommended to cut it into small pieces first.

• Make sure the appliance is unplugged from the power supply.
• Beforehand place the blade in the container
• Insert the motor block in the opening of the lid so that both shafts, the one on the appliance and the other one on its lid are facing each other. Turn the chopper from a quarter of revolution clockwise until it stops. Check the locking by pulling on it lightly.
• Place the lid on the container respecting the positioning of its openings-out. If necessary, turn the lid until it is correctly placed on the container. Check the locking by pulling on it lightly.

- Do not forget to remove the other accessories from the appliance.

- It is necessary to hold the appliance by its handle when in use.

• To remove the chopper, proceed inversely.

- Attention, the blades of the chopper are very sharp, pay attention not to get cut when cleaning it.

CLEANING

• Always unplug the appliance from the power supply before cleaning it.
- Remove the accessories before washing them in soap water. Do not use scouring pads for the plastic materials. Rinse with clear water and let dry before each new use. Do not place them in the dishwasher.
• Wipe the outside with only a slightly moistened cloth.
- Do not clean with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool, as this will damage the finish.
- Do not immerse the motor bloc in water or any other liquid.
