El aparato no funciona No hay corriente Conectar el aparato a una toma de corriente que funcione y encenderlo. El indicador de llenado de agua parpadea Drenar el depósito de agua y resta- blecer los ajustes o volver a colocar el depósito de agua en su sitio Temperatura ambiente por debajo de 5ºC o por encima de 35ºC Autoprotección diseñada para prote- ger la unidad. Safety advice and warnings - This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with redu- ced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. - This appliance is not a toy. Installation - Be sure to remove all packaging material from inside the appliance. - Do not remove the support feet or wheels from the appliance. - Leave at least 20 cm space around the unit. - The ambient temperature range for the appliance is 5º-35ºC. Instructions for use Use: - Unroll the cable completely before plugging it in. - Connect the appliance to the mains. -When the power is on, whenever it is running or not, the on/off power indicator will light on. -Press this button to turn on/off the unit. -Do not unplug the power cord directly to force the ma- chine stop working directly. Water full indication - When water tank is full, indicator lights shows, - You must empty the water tank and put it back to correct position. Water drainage: - The Water full indication will show red when water tank is full, warning will be given when capacity 1.5L has been reached. - Take out the water tank, empty the water inside. - Put the water tank back into the dehumidier CAUTION: - Do not remove the oat from the water tank; otherwise, the machine will not stop to work when the water tank is full. Then the water will be overow that maybe makes damage to your oor (g.1) - Drain the water collection tank completely when water tank is full and reset your setting - If the water tank is dirty, clean by cool water or warm water, cannot use cleaner, steel wool, chemical rag duster, gas oil, benzene, thinner or other solvent to clean it, otherwise, it would damage the water tank and lead to leakage. - When put the water tank back to the unit, please use two hands to push the water tank into the machine to the correct position. Or the water full indication will still show red and the machine can not work. (Fig. 2) Continuous drainage: - Open the cover on the back of the dehumidier. (Fig.3) - Take out the water tank. - Remove the plastic at the water level place.(Fig. 4) - Insert a PVC pipe with 9.5mm inner diameter 9.5mm, and the recommended length is 300mm; put the other side into a container, such as a bucket. (Fig. 5) NOTE: PVC pipe is not included. Need to be buy separately. -Put the drain pipe to the specic location.(Fig. 6) CAUTION: - Never block the water outlet or the pipe, water will ow into the water tank if it is blocked. - Never bend the drainage pipe and be always lower than the outlet. - Must close the cover when no need continuous drai- nage. Auto defrost, low temperature working -After 30 minutes of continuous operating for compressor,and if the temperature sensor detects that the copper tube is lower than 0ºC for one minute the compressor would stop operating for defrosting for ten minutes while the fan keeps operating. -After defrosting for ten minutes, or when the tempera- ture sensor detects that the copper tube is higher than 10ºCfor 30 seconds, the defrosting will be nished and the compressor will restart operating after three minutes for delay protection. Note: The On/Off light twinkles when the machine is defrosting.) Once you have nished using the appliance: - Stop the appliance by releasing the pressure on the on/ off button. - Unplug the appliance from the mains. - Put on the protective cover. - Remove the water from the water tank. - Clean the appliance. Carry handle/s: - This appliance has a handle on the upper part of the body, which facilitates comfortable transportation Manual DH10M Alpatec.indb 9 3/11/15 13:24Cleaning -Disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to cool before undertaking any cleaning task. - Except for the power unit and the mains connection, all the parts can be cleaned with detergent and water or in washing up liquid. Rinse thoroughly to remove all traces of detergent. - Clean the electrical equipment and the mains connec- tion with a damp cloth and dry. DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID. - Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry. - Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the appliance. - Never submerge the appliance in water or any other liquid or place it under running water. Air Filter - The unit is equipped with washable air lter. Take out the washable lter. After the cleaning operation, insert the lter back to its place. - Clean the washable lter every 2 weeks. If the lter is blocked with dust, the efciency will reduce. - Wash the air lter by immersing it gently into warm (about 40°) water with a neutral detergent, rinse it and dry it thoroughly in a shaded place. -Insert the lter back to the appliance slowly after washing. Dehumidier storage If the dehumidier will not be used for an extended period of time:

1. Drain the water tank completely and make sure no

more water stocked inside.

2. Unplug the unit and fold up the power supply cord.

3. Remove and clean the air lter, allow it to dry comple-

tely and reinstall it.

4. Store the dehumidier in a cool, dry location, away

from direct sunlight, extreme temperature and excessive dust Anomalies and repair - Take the appliance to an authorised technical support service if product is damaged or other problems arise. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the appliance yourself as this may be dangerous. - If any anomaly is detected, check the following table:
